@@heehaw8401 A lot of the people he helps probably are able-bodied. I'm in my 60s and have some health issues but I still keep my yard mowed and weeds trimmed down. It may take me longer than it would someone younger and healthier. Before I could afford my riding mower I asked around until I found someone who I afford to hire to mow my yard once a week, the retired gentleman I found gave me a break on the price when I said I would do my own trimming and edging. There is always a way. Maybe a neighbor has a kid who wants to make some extra cash and would mow it. I think it's sad for the neighbors who keep their yards looking good. When I was house hunting I wouldn't even look at homes if the neighbor's yards look neglected.

Most amazing clean up, Mr. SB! What a relief for the neighbors. Which door was the resident using to enter the house??? And I've never seen a tree blocking a back door. Again, the size of this property is astounding, as in Southern California where we live, a lot that size would be worth many millions. And we are in a neighborhood of older (1960's built) family homes. I pray this resident will contact SB mowing to schedule weekly yard care, at least for the sake of the neighbors. I've learned over my many years that just about any one can mow grass and I have come to the realization that is is not seing the mowers mow, why I watch. Yes, I know that KZbin pays them through the videos, but it is the heart and soul of these guys like Spencer (and Al Bladez, Kevin Hansen, and others) who's step up to help people in need and I've never seen them critize anyone. They could just as easily do videos for plush estates, and also get paid by those customers (as well as KZbin (double-dip)), but they don't and this is what impresses me the most and inspires me to be a better person. I appericate Spencer as a good person with a great heart!

This is a lovely house and it deserves to be loved and cared for. Things happen in life but if the owner can't care for it, he should sell it to someone who will love it. A condo would be the place for him. As always, SB Mowing has done a superb job.

The property looks fine to me. Spencer said the owners been travelling a lot. Could be a lot of reasons to let your lawn go for a bit. It's not out of control, just a little long.

DUDE! You are awesome. I was talking with a friend of mine yesterday and she follows your channel, too. She loves your channel. I have a Lawn Care Service and I am going to "pay things forward" in the community, just like you do. So, mad respect to you for all that you do. What a big difference Spencer!!! That was a huge sheet of grass you pulled up at the street!! Clearing out the trees made the house look less like a jungle!! Great job!!
