Sure it's kind. HOWEVER, he makes more money doing these lawns for "free" then he would if he charged them for the work. There's always a catch lol. It doesn't seem such a kind act when you consider how much he actually makes from these videos, not to mention all the praise he gets for his "acts of kindness" . With that said I watch the videos too lol. I see how it helps the people, and I can appreciate that. I just don't think people acknowledge that it isn't truly an act of kindness. The true acts of kindness are the ones no one knows about except the person helping and the person being helped.

Absolutely no reason the homeowners are not out there helping. When you see things like this, it shows NO PRIDE from the homeowners. They just don't care. This type of thing should be tied into their monthly handouts they receive , if the city has to pay someone to mow it, they then deduct the cost out of their check. It should be the same for many things that, as a homeowner, you are required to take care of. Not just sit on your a$$ and do nothing!!

Those people, seniors/disabled, would have to join by filling out an app. Cause a senior that has mowed their yard in 3 months still won't be able to mow it next month or all months after. 🙆‍♂️🙋‍♂️WOW!!!!! I think this must be your toughest yard yet! Absolutely amazing transformation!!💗 I'm sure they really appreciated what you did after they walked around and got a really good look at your work. Not everyone can afford or fix lawn equipment. Thank you for helping them out. Amazed that the city doesn't take care of the street drainage areas. Yes, people passing by throw stuff in others yards. You'd be amazed by how much gets thrown in rural areas. Great Job, Spencer!!!!!💞

Doesn't cost a thing to pick up the trash from your lawn once in a while. There's a difference between needing help and just being lazy.

Spencer, you not only benefit the resident of the home but do a great community service to the town by the curb and gutter cleaning that you do. Cheers! Ken from Alabama

You made me feel good, no matter if they can or just don’t want to pick up trash. Sometimes when it gets so bad you just say so what. Also no means to get rid of the mess. May what you did will encourage them to do better. You are really great at your job and I know what you have done here will make everyone around them feel good. I take great pride in our outside.

You are a kind young man Spencer to devote time and and hard labour up for people, not to mention your tools. I find it kind of sad that some folk live in what to me seems to me essentially a large shed. I hope they see you as a little ray of sunshine. All the best to you for your work.

You’re a real trooper Spencer. I can understand when people can’t keep up with their yards but to see so much garbage that’s sad. Not everyone would be willing to pick all that up. Hopefully they won’t let it get that way again. God bless you for making it look so much better. I’m sure the neighborhood appreciates it!

I'm surprised people even answer their door. It is hard to trust anyone these days. I'm sure they don't come out to help for a variety of reasons many of them physical. The important thing is that this is a win-win-win for everyone - the homeowners, the viewers, the neighbors and him! Oops I needed another win in there!❤

Wow! This was one of the worst. It's amazing that the city leaves the public sidewalks, drains & handicap access up to the homeowners to maintain. You couldn't even tell some where there. Those could be hazards & flooding issues. Thank you for keeping the properties beautiful in spite of the cities or homeowners capabilities. You are the best!!!

Wow, that was quite a job! That drain was completely clogged up. This is going to make a huge difference in this neighborhood. That was very kind of you and lots of hard work.

I looked this property up on Google maps. It's in Corpus Christi Texas and has over the years looked like a normal place. But it has really fallen into disrepair since about 2019. You are doing the Lord's work, Spencer! Godspeed!
