I can eat such tomatoes every day! Very easy and healthy!
Ingredients:
1 kg of tomatoes
1 small red onion
a small bunch of parsley
a few basil leaves
3 tablespoons of parmesan
3 teaspoons of lemon juice
2 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar
black pepper to taste
2 tablespoons of olive oil
