One thing I'd change is that in the Second Season Velma is the main target for being murdered and they have a crazy hard time figuring it out because quite literally everyone in Crystal Cover outside of her Dad and Norville have at one point wanted to brutally murder the shit out of her because of how insufferable she's been, showing that being a massive entitled shit heel doesn't make you endearing.

Ironically It wouldn't be about Velma in that case... but this might be one of the only times a bait and switch might actually work due to Velma being an absolute bitch... and yeah. So many people would want her dead so many people would have a motive. So it could work a lot better with her being the main victim.

@@reactiondavant-garde3391 funny you mentioned that, because in my idea, Fred (who is now named Preet) is actually very fair in complexion. He’s a Sikh boy with dark hair and very fair skin, and orthodox Sikhs typically grow their hair and beard out and they are raised to be brave and generous. Sikhs are historically known for being brave and resilient warriors and they were very active in our freedom struggle from the British. They still play a major role in defining our collective culture and there are numerous Sikh communities all around the world as of late. The desi Fred is just like the original character- a strong and courageous young man who calls the shots and sets the traps for capturing the mysterious ghoul in the episodes.

You know what this feels like? Alan Wake. I say that because in those games, with the protagonist’s writing coming to life and going berserk, he needs to correct things in a way that would fit the story written by the villain. He can’t write, “And then the bad guys vanished, the end” because the villain can exploit the plot holes involved. In that sense, you’re rewriting Velma in a way that seems to be playing along with the dumpster fire of a story that Kaling and Grandy came up with. Edit: 35:02 And this reminds me of the Hiss chant from “Control.”

I saw the title, thought, well this is going to be a long video, and then saw the time, and thought, I can't wait to see how he fit everything in in such a short period of time

I am impressed by how you managed to use season one’s idiotic comedy in an absurd yet actually funny way, well done! Did not think the comedy could actually be used /well/

Aside from not knowing if my sense of humour has extremely decayed or evolved and trascended to a higher plane, most brilliant thing I've seen since the start of 2023

This channel is one of KZbin's greatest hidden gems. I'm so glad I stumbled upon the Despot and his hilarious take on wokeness.

It's brilliant how much more on-point the social commentary is here as opposed to the actual show.

ART! THIS IS ART AT ITS ZENITH. WE BREAK THE MOULD OF HOLLYWOOD IN ORDER TO FREE THIS, LIKE THE CHICK FROM THE EGG THAT SHALL SIGNAL THE END OF THE SHELL OF THE WORLD. Can we get a cameo of you, Despot, in the show? If you're not willing, can we hire John Malkovich to play either you or perhaps some of the older Cages?

You invest a lot of time in your videos. It couldn't have been easy making this show fun to watch. Much appreciated.

I like it, I would watch this show. My idea was Scooby Doo would show up in the first episode than maul Velma to death then be appointed the new town mayor.

You put so much work into this video it's mind blowing. I love your sense of humor & delivery which has become the highlight of my infrequent KZbin watching because all my creators got nuked long ago. I don't know how you managed to avoid getting erased from the KZbin photo but I'm so very glad you're still here

Honestly, this seems really fun. Especially if you just straight up got the actor for bane to be the voice for Velma 😅
