Don’t worry about videos being repetitive, KZbinrs always make the mistake of trying to change too much, then the videos lose their appeal. What you are doing is working, change will come naturally, don’t force it. Personally, I would just like to see and hear deeper explanations of the business, projects and the future, but that’s just me. Great videos!

Not that I'm a CEO of anything; but I'm sure that Daniel knows full well that if the business he has built (including with the people he employs steadily over the years), can't run without him going on holiday and taking a break/being ill etc then he's done something wrong. It really goes to show that you've done it right when you can rely on what is obviously a great team to keep things running properly in the absence of the boss, and nobody should ever settle for less - whether you're an employee or a boss!

Ashville weekly NEVER gets repetitive. The videos show us what is happening within the company. I just love the videos. All of your staff are great, those who appear on screen and those behind the scenes. Terry is a godsend. Last week I had to drive from Lincolnshire to Stanford Le Hope in Essex including a couple of junctions on the M25 and I was really hoping I'd see an Ashville lorry with being so far from home. Sadly I didn't but I enjoyed looking.

Maldives for a whole week must have been one hell of an expensive vacation. If anyone wants an almost similar expensive with about the same level of torquoise waters but for way less; probably a tenth, check out Nungwi Beach in Zanzibar & on the shores of Mnemba island which is free. Not to mention that you are 3-4hrs away from Serengeti or the masaai mara if u wanna mix the experience.

Without R&D you don’t progress, you may not achieve your goal but as a bi-product you may learn something new which will then lead to something else, many products we now take for granted were found accidentally trying to achieve something else. I have a few plans/dreams of what I want to do. I finally took the plunge and then found I had to alter my plan's order/progress. The plans are still there. I am just re-ordering the implementation and thus the progressing of the plan of the plan. My point is, you don't need t give up. But, you can change it. In essence, you are not giving up. You are merely learning and evolving as you go along.

Just a small observation, I was taught to put bolts in downwards so if a nut came loose the bolt didn't fall out. Also the treaded end was not open to the weather, facing downerwards the crap fell off.
