The best part is he could take longer and inconvenience people for hooting their horn, and he’d get paid for it

Daniel when you do your video run through s before they are uploaded do you do a run through of the outtakes? If you do you shouldn't and you should leave the outtakes part to the video lads to do so we can see some really embarrassing clips that you might not like us to see lol

Hi Ashville, I don’t work remotely in your industry and I still don’t know how I stumbled across these weekly episodes but I know exactly why I stay. The dedication you and the team show to your craft, through thick and thin, is very motivational and admirable. Can’t begin to imagine the complexities and difficulties you face day-to-day but if nothing else, you’ve taught viewers like me about the grit and determination it takes to run a business and the thick skin you need to get up every day and take it to the max. Long may Ashville continue

Always wondered, what is your backup plan if the LH60 just has a freak breakdown while unloading a train and still got a load of carriages to unload? you mentioned you get a massive fine if you dont so what would your backup plan be?

Some of audits don't include drone footage, and he's made his intention clear in the comments section of a "DJ Audits" video. Good if you were understanding of the bigger issue. @@mickkidston7344

The place where i work is having to find £4million to pay for the increase of NIC and minimum wage. Add to that we’re in the gambling space so we had an additional levy to the tune of around £1million. A lot of our employees at retail sites work 16 hours to top up UC payments, a lot i’ve spoken to are either single parents or care givers and thats why they feel like they can only work 16 hours. The lowering of the NIC class 2 threshold means there is less of a benefit to employing people for 16 hours so that will probably stop to employ more full time staff that you would assume would be more dedicated. Everyone above minimum wage will most likely not get a pay increase meaning they will be poorer as time goes on. We also have less money to invest in the business to help it become more profitable, meaning less jobs in the future within our business but also the companies we would have purchased goods/ services from. The budget was a bag of spanners

Giving up is throwing in the towel and doing nothing, moving forward is both keeping on the same track and also changing track as needed. Sometimes taking a step back and changing track gets you further faster. Keep being real dan. We love it

Don't give in and keep chin up. Many people are finding it harder to make a living, and the Employer NI increase is hurting businesses too. I only run a sweet shop but we are even seeing a downturn in trade along with rising costs.

Hi Daniel, I've watched your channel grow over the years and you've given me inspiration in dark low moments of my life. Watching your videos has pushed me to renovate houses and spark my love for lorries even more. I'm 30 and you gave me direction. I feel it my debt to comment which i rarely do on videos. Try to forget all the noise around you for a moment and what you "should do" other jealous peoples thoughts etc. Start remembering what the younger daniel had deep down inside him years ago starting these companies. That drive, that spark, the passion that took you to be the most influential man in your sector. You built this buisness once and you are easily capable of doing it again but don't make the mistake of not learning. Structure differently, pull away more. If your spark tells you that you need a new path, do it! With your head held high. Stay calm, stay cool! Beer on me one day! "Don't give up"... one making your life a happier one.
