Dried blood doesn't give probable cause for anything, and even if it did probable cause isn't enough to enter a private building without a warrant. You need exigent circumstances to do that which this doesn't even come close to giving. At best this could be used to argue for a warrant because something likely happened in the recent past that needs to be investigated. It's not evidence of anything actively happening right now so not enough to bypass the warrant.

You can tell this is TV cop Land. The girl cop took out a violent suspect in 5 seconds on the ground and cuffed. I've never seen that in a body cam video
