Dried blood doesn't give probable cause for anything, and even if it did probable cause isn't enough to enter a private building without a warrant. You need exigent circumstances to do that which this doesn't even come close to giving. At best this could be used to argue for a warrant because something likely happened in the recent past that needs to be investigated. It's not evidence of anything actively happening right now so not enough to bypass the warrant.
