I actually had quite a lot of fun using libromancers in this event as I just faced a bunch of shining sarcophagus, skull servant and even Yubel funnily enough. Sure I got sacked every time someone opened up never ending nightmare but aside from that, playing in this event with no maxx c or broken extra deck monsters was very nice, especially when stun is non existent with all the bans.

I used 3 archetypes for this event: Ogdoadic, Shinobird, and Infernoid. The worst performer was Shinobird, which still bricked and often lacked the overall power to seal the deal. It lost to feather duster/heavy storm way too often, since without the link support it runs out of ritual spells really fast. Still, it would OTK or just sweep my opponent away sometimes. Infernoids was mid. It could beat all of the basic decks, but anything really built for solo play could beat it. Greatest Strength was that it made Kings Sarc decks useless by banishing everything. Greatest weakness was the lack of ability to remove its own monsters from the field, so sometimes it would wall itself. Ogdoadics did the best. It would brick on occasion, but I've learned that an unending swarm of Snake Bosses could beat most things. It had the toolbox, it had the power, it had the recovery, it had the destruction. It's been awhile since I've seen the oppression that Aron + Amunessia creates when they're both on the field.

Amazement Arlekino Abomination at one will fix the Amazement incident. He's a brick in the hand if there aren't any other amazement monsters, plus ticket makes him searchable.

Rituals slap in this event. My brother was cooking with Shinobirds, and obviously my Drytrons were making people scoop left and right with just Draconids. No need for Herald of Ultimateness when everyone's decks had been powered down.

What? This event is much more fun than ranked, there is no maxx c, people don't play too many hand traps, and their board aren't very strong, I like this event and xyz link as well

@@kurosakiichigo2693 your point of view. in comparison duel links just had an event where you need to kill a predaplant that gets progressively more difficult to endgame through the Month, you could assist people till you earnt enough on the meter it then gave you a mode where you needed to dueltain *Arc V* this gave you special abilities to help defeat the boss *which had a stupid amount of life points* if you managed to summon, synchro, xyz, fusion and pendulum monsters you got a bonus to damage, i managed to get my guys to swing for 10 thousand damage if i comboed correctly. you could grind this event till your hearts content. (oh not to mention you got predplant cards and unlocked yuri as a playable character) after this, it went right into their version of the duel cup *no max C in duel links*, and pred plants were one of the best decks, so the cards you unlocked in the last event helped you level up in the cup. now we have a small zexal event to unlock a new character. i think this trumps "at least we don't have max c" SARC Grind locks, drytron and ancient gear golem matches.

Sorry but your hot take is simply wrong. This was an interesting and sometimes even fun event. No Maxx C, much lower power scale, decks too strong were rightfully nerfed/banned and with a little of creativity one could find various decks to play (for example outside of loaners very cheap option you could make were Megalith and Phantasm spiral with who both have no UR as well as Dark Magician and Blue Eyes from structure decks).

This is sign of a Domestic Abuse from a game company to their playerbase prooving that they can control them. And You're the Victim. @crowley12 i appreciate your response and i understanding what your saying and what I'm saying is even though yall complain and bitch about Konami and there lack luster events it at best is like a fly buzzing in there ear they don't really care which sucks but there a multiple billion dollar company and they don't care what you say people have been complaining about there events for years and there sucky ass ycs prizes. So all im saying is don't waste yalls time complaining about a none perfect game "NO GAME" is perfect so just take the free gems and do your dailies and make your top tier decks with all the free gems this greedy crapoy company gives us. I spent like $20 over 3yrs playing this game and I have every top tier deck and how did I do it by taking all the free gems komony gives us.
