It hasn't been mentioned much at all but I'm sure most of them will be psychologically scarred for many years to come. Really well done to the young woman giving this beautiful eulogy... I'm sat here with tears rolling down my cheeks as a complete stranger. My heart breaks for Elsie's family and all that knew this precious little girl.. Our successive governments have failed to protect all our children for political gain, when will they actually see what they've done? and continue to do, to dismember the safety of our society.
