My mom shared her story to me: when she was a young, she and her younger sister stayed in their room late at night. Suddenly the room shaked like an earthquake, a very loud sound was heard and the power went out for about a few seconds. She describes the sound as "like an ambulance or police siren but getting more and more louder in mere seconds." They went back to bed in silence after that. All of this happened in less than a minute. I'm not sure whether or not she saw lights in the sky, but it felt like something passed above their house and caused it to shake.

This sounds like a textbook earthquake. I went through one a few years back and what surprised me the most was how LOUD it was. I heard it well before it hit; sounded like helicopters landing on my roof lol

Never had any experiences like this myself, but apparently these kinds of things happen to my aunt all the time. One story my mother told me was about a time when they went on one of those 'historic city tours' (don't remember specifically where), and when they reached an old bridge my aunt started acting weird and swiveling her head all over the place. When my mom asked her what she was looking for she said something about hearing somebody screaming out for help, and their tour guide later told them that a ferry had sunk decades previously in the river just below the bridge resulting in dozens of people drowning.

I swear I've seen the same lights! The 5 with the red dot and the flashing one. It was so eerie because there was no sound and it moved way too smoothly and too quickly. I also ran inside and was very done with being outside at night for awhile, haha. No one believed me either and also told me it was just a plane, but...planes make sound and don't go that fast across the sky.

This happened a few years ago. I normally have trouble falling asleep, and that night was no different. I layed in bed trying to get comfortable for a long time. It felt like hours. Eventually I end up facing toward my room (my bed is in a corner against a wall, and I normally sleep facing the wall). For a while I looked around at the various things I could see in the dim light. Then I heard voices. Men’s voices in particular. There were multiple, too many all whispering at once to hear what they were saying. I layed frozen, but eventually flipped to lay on my back. At the foot of my bed is a huge bookshelf with a calendar on the wall next to it. From there is when a louder, clearer, woman’s voice started talking to me. I don’t remember what she said, or if I was hallucinating, but I was afraid. So afraid that when I heard my older brother leave his room in the basement to use the bathroom, I quickly left my room to sit in a spot where he’d see me when he left. When he did see me, I told him and his girlfriend what happened and we hung out for a while. They gave me a cookie and sent me back to bed. I hesitated, but I went back upstairs. I can’t remember if the voices stopped or if I just ignored them, but that was by far the scariest thing that’s ever happened to me, before or since. I didn't recognize any of the voices, so I really have no idea what happened. I think this is why I can never sleep in silence anymore; I always have to have some kind of music playing to cover any weird noises.

the feeling of unease or that something is watching or a presence in the room is a really fascinating phenomenon to me. My favorite explanation is that our subconscious is always looking for and analyzing patterns. the gut feeling comes when something, could be anything, about the room/current situation does not match the patterns our subconscious predicts and expects to be there. And when our conscious selves can't determine what is different to "correct" the subconscious prediction we get really uncomfortable. It's similar to the uncanny valley, something looks unfamiliar enough to throw off expectations but not enough to make it clear *what* is wrong we just know that it *is* wrong. Bottom line: trust your gut, it probably sees something you can't. and while it's often wrong, when it's right is when you need it most.

As for sharing a story, one of my friends and I were driving near an isolated church (new development area) one time when we both heard a deep voice clearly call out "Can you see me?" It couldn't have been my radio since it was not working at the time and the windows were closed. She and I looked and asked each other at the same time, "did you hear that?"... Girl, I have so many stories about the paranormal and UFO's. During my years as a girl scout I once saw a really fast moving light that was blue and it was zig-zagging around the sky. I've seen similar lights three times since. Two times while I was with someone else who can verify my story, and once alone. There were always two dimmer lights and one really bright blue one. As for paranormal stories.. I've seen and heard some stuff. Once a door banged shut without any wind or anyone else in the house than me and my friend who were then at the living room when suddenly my room's door went BAM. Then I've heard someone singing right beside my window when it was open, but I didn't see anyone outside, who could've made that noise. I've also felt a someone push me from behind despite being alone in the house, or heard clear footsteps while alone. I've also noticed some shadows form the corner of my eyes, and actually seen clear figures of "people" standing in the hallway and kitchen. Someone calling my name at night or whispers in a quiet room, strange knockings on the other side of my wall.. and once a very real looking ghost I mistook as a person. He followed me almost all the way home until a car came driving fast and hit "him", and where he was supposed to be was just black smoke no one else seemed to notice but me.

I have a paranormal encounter story that's probably more wholesome than scary: It happened when I was a toddler, my dad was working in the garage and was about to start cleaning up a bunch of broken glass on the floor when I came walking barefoot into the garage and slipped past him, grabbed something that caught my eye on the other side of the glass, and came back. The glass was positioned in such a way that it was physically impossible for me to have walked past it unscathed, so my parents concluded that I must have been picked up and carried over it by an angel. 👼

Oooh, I love stories like these as I used to do paranormal investigations (just like the shows, Ghost Adventures and Ghost Hunters) and I have had a few experiences during those times. Here is one for you, I once went ghost hunting with my mum and two of her friends at this Inn and we stayed in the two most haunted rooms they had. We started our investigation once it started getting dark and we asked the spirits to show themselves. I'll never forget this moment for as long as I live. My mum started to take pictures and she got up and stood in the doorway of the bathroom in our room and I looked at my mum and... a full body apparition walked from one side of the bathroom to the other right behind my mum. He was bright white and was wearing a cowboy hat and had a pointy chin. My face went as white as he was as I had never seen anything like it before. I have so many more stories but I'll share that one for now. I won't lie, I could go on for hours talking about stuff like this honestly XD.

This is a story I constantly think about when the subject of ghosts comes up: Now I can't say for sure this was a ghost experience but I still have no explanation for it. One night, it was just my mom and I in the house; Dad was on the road for the week and my sister worked late. My mom had gone to lay down for the night and I was chilling in my room playing video games. My room and my parents' room are on complete opposite ends of the house (keep this fact in mind). Anyway, I had my TV up fairly loud but at some point in the night I heard what sounded like someone calling my name. It was so crystal clear over my TV and sounded like it came from one room over. After I heard my name called, I went to check it out but nobody was there. Remember, just my mom and I home alone and our rooms on opposite ends of the house but I heard my name loud and clear over a pretty loud TV.

i had something that happened to me at march of this year. I was completely over getting scared by ghosts until one night I woke up to a sound at 1 am. It was my older sister. we sleep on different beds in the same room and I could hear her whispering very angrily. also I was completely out of my blanket and somehow managed to get in it. She would whisper some weird language and I'm pretty sure its not human language. It was like a loud but angry whisper. She would occasionally start punching her bed while whispering extra angrily. It lasted for about 45 mins after which she woke up and went to the washroom. I didn't dare to look at her as I was too scared.after she left I ran out of the room into the living room where my dad was watching TV and I told him everything. He didn't believe me. I also asked my sister but she had no idea what I was talking about. She wasn't even talking on the phone. It only happened once but I remember it

Hello Wolfy. Yes, I've experienced both. In fact, I still experience paranormal activity (not the movies) in my bedroom. Back at the house I grew up in, during a meteor shower, I saw a strange triangle in the sky. It had 3 different colored lights. It just stayed there, seemingly frozen in time. When I looked away to get someone's attention and looked back, it was gone. No aircraft that we have was capable of moving that fast, let alone move that fast without creating a sonic boom.

I had an experience like that washroom one said in the video. I went to a sushi restaurant with my two grandparents and I needed to use the washroom so I excused myself and when I went to open the door to the washroom I got a little paranoid don’t know why maybe it was because there was a long hallway to the door. But anyways when I opened the door I got a sudden immense fear of paranoia and the washroom was also empty. I stood at the door for about a minute when I realized my fear was directed at the last stall. It looked like there was someone in there but I didn’t hear any sounds of breathing shifting or a human presence. I dead thought some demonic spirit was in that stall and was watching my every movement so it could get me. To make matters worse it was the only stall available bc the others were out of service. I finally got up my courage and opened the stall but I just found a mop and a crack on the wall. I still felt the presence in the air so I was like “nope.” In my head and left immediately. Scary.

I think the closest I’ve got to a paranormal story was one time when I was 3 years old: For a little while, there would be a pair of glowing eye looking things every time I went to bed. Turns out, it was some random toy sitting on the floor that had glow in the dark paint on it or something. As for feeling uncomfortable when I walk into certain rooms in my house, you can thank Attack on Titan and my vivid imagination for that. And tbh, if I had an actual paranormal experience with the point in life I’m at rn, I’d probably straight up faint. My house was built in 1756, and has seen many people come and go. Including runaway slaves. My girlfriend swears she hears a woman singing lullabies to her baby. She goes to check the room, and nobody. The house is pretty spiritually active. Runaway slaves, soldiers, and veterans of various wars (pre-Spanish-American War). Nothing is malicious, they're just there. Most, like the War of 1812 vets and Civil War vets are just here for a good time. Wanna know how I know they're just here for a good time? Alcohol tends to go missing. A LOT. Like, just the other day, Dad bought a case of beer. He went to go get one two hours later. Gone. Gone with no trace. A week before, Dad bought a bottle of bourbon. The next morning, the bottle was empty but the seal was untouched. My mother, who died in 2009, had bottles of wine disappear. They turned up empty in the basement, where 100 years earlier, my great great great great grandfather would have drunken parties with his Civil War friends.

I've had a handful of weird experiences. most recently, about a year ago, I woke up at like 2am and swore I saw a shadowy figure standin over me. I freaked out and my first reaction was to try and attack it. Ultimately there was nothing there, but since I was lying on top of my arm when I woke up, I wrenched my shoulder in the process of throwing a punch, hurt for a couple weeks after. Since then I swear I'll occasionally see shadowy figures around, usually outide windows, but always at a distance.

Awesome story, very interesting to hear, one creepy experience that I had was when I was on the Queen Mary, which is an old ship which looks similar to the Titanic. I was walking down one of the decks and I got the strange feeling that I was being watched, but it was from the sides, like in the walls of the hallway. A similar situation happened when I was in the engine room of the Queen Mary and again, got the feeling of being watched, and I could've sworn that I heard a noise and that was enough to get me out of there. I recommend you coming to the Queen Mary. It's located in Long Beach California, just a little ways away south of Los Angeles. It's also a hotel and museum. I will say... your singing voice is so cute and pretty. I have a story about paranormal things. About a year ago when I was twelve, sometimes when I would go to sleep, I would feel some sort of icy sensation running across my shoulder. Sort of icicle-like fingers just running down my arm. I genuinely thought the Grim Reaper himself was coming to take my soul and I would always wake up with my mind going like "whatonearthwasthatwasiabouttodieifididntwakeupwhatthefrick!?" I think at one point I tried to just grab my plushie and hit the "ghost" in the head. I don't know, I was a weird girl last year. I was 7 years old. I was staying the weekend with my best friend of 9 years, we played literally all night! I can't remember anything that was off until that morning, Looking back at it now. I am completely shocked this happened, and we never told our parents about it. First, it started off with us saying "bloody mary" in the mirror with the lights off and a candle (typical 9-7 year old scary ) I don't really believe it anymore. I was freaked out, I know she wasn't because she did it to scare me 💀. But then we kept hearing taps on walls and doors an hour later as we played as wolves crawling on the floor ( it was a joke, but we lowkey had a phase) It was when we decided we should pretend we are camping- in our room. We thought nothing of the taps because they were barely noticeable. We grabbed turquoise sleeping bags and laid down on the floor, talking for about an hour before we both fell asleep. THE EXACT MORNING. I felt a brush of a finger go from the bottom of my back to the top of my head. I had a little peephole outside of the sleeping back, I was frozen in shock and barely squinted my eye closed. I wanted to know what touched me. I kept looking for about 20 minutes until I heard: "Kyndra? Are you awake? Did you feel like something on your back??" (reminding you I 100% heard no movement because she was in a sleeping bag too, and it would have made noise.) I said "yeah I did, Did you feel it?" and she said yes and I could tell she was actually freaked out. After a while, she told me it was her. but later on, she said she told me that to not scare me. (outside of the house) and that she was actually worried because she felt it too and she heard nobody walk out of the room.. Thankfully she moved to a house. (this was an apartment. and we've had a couple people barge in it.)

My paranormals encounters have been: obtaining haunted dolls and having them blow out my light bulbs in the night. I tried talking to the dolls and they stopped messing with the lights. I have some scary stories to tell as well! Once I was outside with my friend in our inner courtyard to look at the stars. I had headphones on to listen to something don't know why. Anyway, we would stand there and suddenly we heard a really loud and weird screen. We both looked at us in confusion and I told her to quickly run inside. After some time my father went into our shed to get some firewood and he heard this weird scream as well. He looked up and there was standing - an adorable barn owl. Most of my paranormal experiences are psychic stuff, which doesn't really fit the spooky theme (even if the weirdest one did take place on a Halloween). Apart from that, a few weird feelings walking into rooms and one or two voice-like sounds when no one else was around. I do know my Grandpa claimed to have seen strange lights in the sky once, which I believe was also corroborated by a few other people in the area. Maybe I'll ask my Grandma to tell me that story again...

Once, when I was about 6-8, I was in the car with my mom and two younger brothers. We where almost at either Ralph’s or stater brothers, and I think it was around 5-7 pm, so it was pretty dark. We where at a red light, we where listening to music, there was a bunch of cars around us, every seemed normal, yk? All of a sudden, all the street lights turned off and the music stopped (it was the radio, not even my moms phone connected) then, us and everyone around us see a weird light go across the sky. I don’t remember exactly what it looked like, but I’m pretty sure it matched the description of the light you saw. My mom tried to take a picture, but her phone wouldn’t turn on, we had all just thought it had died. Then, just as randomly as it appeared, it disappeared and everything went back to normal. We pulled into the parking lot, my mom plugged in her phone to let it charge while we where in the store. As soon as she did, it turned on at 80 something %, we where all so confused. My mom checked instagram and Facebook to see if anyone else caught pictures of it, surely enough, there where pictures everywhere of it. I haven’t heard anything about it since, but it was really weird at the time, and still is. Love your content wolfy!!

I don't like scary stuff either. When it comes to Halloween, I prefer mildly spooky over scary. It's subtle but there is a difference between the two. UFO or not, I think Wolfy may have just seen an unknown flying machine. I remember seeing things similar to what Wolfy described. I don't really see them as much anymore. I remember when I was little on a Halloween night when my family and I walked out of a convivence store, I was in the car, and the moon appeared a lot bigger than usual in crescent form. This crescent moon was so much bigger than the size I normally see the moon. Not only that but it has a much brighter and more yellowish glow than usual, I was freaking out because of it, it was just so scary seeing the moon with an unusual appearance, and... the sky had a slightly eerie appearance too. I remember seeing a bit of a reddish glow from the sky, I cant remember if it was the stars or the moon.

Back when my family had a milking cow, I was the one responsible for evening shift (since she had to be milked twice a day, morning and evening) and this one time I felt a similar feeling that you had in the bathroom. I felt like I was being observed, but not from someone or something nearby, but rather from above. While I was doing my task, a sudden bright flash lit up my surroundings as if it had suddenly become daylight and just as quickly as it happened, it went dark again since the sun had already gone down. One could claim it was lightning, but it was a perfectly clear night sky and you could see the stars in all directions. Plus, there was no boom, so it couldn't have been lightning. Anyway, mere moments after the flash, I had a random thought out of nowhere that made me feel like I wasn't ready to see "them" yet.

This was an interesting story: So I used to be in scouts and one night we went to a camp out. Later we went walking in the woods and in the woods there was an old rocking chair, everyone wondered why it was there and they were convinced something was haunting it for no apparent reason. In spite of that I went ahead and sat in it and rocked in it for hours after everyone left. Let's just say that later after I came back and people found out what I had done, everyone kept their distance from me because they thought I was possessed or something.

Wolfy! I had almost the same experience a few years ago! I also saw those lights in the night sky, but they were only 3 rotating at the same spot for a few seconds. I told my parents to look at that, cause I didn’t know what that was and they saw it too. My mother and I are fully convinced that this was not a satellite. The dots just disappeared out of nowhere and we still have no idea what that could have been. I also never saw this again ;-;

I have 3 stories that still kinda creep me out to this day. Funny enough, 2 took place in or near my younger brother's room...😅I've never felt comfortable in that room... Something always felt off...😨 Story 1: (The bearded man) This happened quite a while ago. Mom and I were taking care of the laundry, like we usually do, when I happened to glance toward my brother's room. The lights in the laundry room, and my bro's room were off, because we just didn't see a reason to turn them on. I froze when I saw an old man standing in the doorway of my bro's room. He just stood there. I'm not usually good at remembering people, but I still remember what this man looked like after all this time. He had old raggedy clothes, and a long dirty beard. I couldn't fully see his face because of how dark the room was, but I could feel him staring at me. It took my mom a few tries to call me out of whatever... Staring contest I was having with this guy, but when she got my attention, I looked around, and noticed I was still holding a pile of wet clothes. "Are you okay?" She asked while I was just standing there, looking confused. "Yeah, I... I'm fine..." I responded, looking back into the dark bedroom, and seeing nothing in the doorway. After some time, I've decided to nickname this man "Linus" because he kinda reminded me of the old homeless man from stardew valley, and I heard that giving something a nickname can make it less scary. It works for the most part. Story 2: (That's not what that filter was supposed to do!) One day, some time ago, I was hanging out in my bro's room, because he wanted to show me some funny filters he had on his phone. We were getting a kick out of this one that makes people change colors if they move around. We were having a good time, until my bro pointed his phone at his gaming chair for... Some reason. At first, the image on the phone looked kinda like a colorful, blurry mess, but eventually, something showed up. behind the rainbow filter, there was someone sitting in the chair... It wasn't human, like Linus, but slightly humanoid in shape. It was long, skinny, and pitch black, with long fingers, and a big sharp toothed grin. It didn't have eyes or a nose, or... Anything that would be on a normal face. Just the big mouth... The two of us stared between the phone, and the chair for what felt like hours (It was most likely only a few minutes). "You saw that too, right?" My bro asked, not taking his eyes off the chair. "Yep. I'm out." I said before both of us bolted out of the room to tell mom about what we saw. Story 3: (*sigh*) This one only happened about a few months ago... I was sitting alone in the living room, playing video games, while my mom was in the bedroom. While I sat there, I heard a noise. At first, I thought it was just my dog or something, until it happened again. I took my headphones off, and heard the noise again... It sounded like it was coming from under the couch... It sounded like a girl, about my age, letting out an annoyed sigh. I was very confused, and scared, since there was no way anyone could fit under that couch... I called my mom out to the living room, and after a few minutes, she came out. I told her what I heard, and as expected, she didn't believe me... Until it happened again... This time, much louder than before. Mom and I stared at the couch, for a bit, before mom told me to look under it to see what that could be. I thought she was crazy, but did what I was told... There was nothing there... And yet, the sighing got louder. "Nooooooope. Nope. Hate that. NOPE!" I said, as I got as far away from the couch as possible. Whatever these things were, we haven't seen or heard them since, and I'm honestly hoping we don't, ever again.

I have a spoopy story to tell! Okay, so this didn’t happen to me specifically, however it did happened to a customer that just so happened to discuss it with me while I was bagging her groceries. Apparently in a Subway located near my Town Hall, she worked there and one day, while cleaning the floors at closing time, out of nowhere a voice said calmly right up against her ear, “Boo.” It wasn’t a scream, it was just a calm voice. Keep in mind that it was Closing Time, so she was all alone cleaning and closing the restaurant. In regards to your ghost stories, I think it could have been a Helicopter for the UFO sighting, but the others might actually be hauntings.

I have several stories, but there's one in particular that genuinely creeps me out to this day. I was home alone for about 3 hours since Mom was at work and my brother went out to do some yard work. My brother took his phone with him, keep that fact in mind, but while I was reading some manga in the living room, I heard my brother's ringtone from the basement, but it was a few tones off. It went on for a good ten or so minutes and it sent chills down my spine. Pretty much to the point I opened the front door and thought "Okay, if Pazuzu or any of his buddies comes up from the basement, I'm gonna bail".

I’ve had so many experiences throughout my life. I’ve seen spirits since I was a baby so I’m pretty used to it. I do get pretty freaked out at times but I eventually get over it. I’ll tell some of my more interesting ones. This happened when I was around 6. I was walking down the hallway to go brush my teeth from my room which branches off into another smaller hallway with the laundry room to the garage and a small closet. (Left side of the front door) I turn the corner to the right towards the front and see a man and woman carrying a baby dressed in Victorian attire. I just kinda stood there, not knowing what to do. They eventually just walked on through the door. I ran to my mom who was in her room at the back end of the house. I wouldn’t go down there at night without either my mom or dad for a while after that. This happened around the age of 8. I remember laying in my bed close to the wall. (My bed was in the back left corner against the left wall) and I heard a males voice in my left ear, clear as day. I don’t remember what was said anymore but I was terrified. This probably happened anywhere between the ages of 4-7. I was laying in my bed once again when I see what looks like a cat walking into my room. (I always slept with the door open and hallway light on due to another paranormal experience) I didn’t even know what to do. That would be normal, if I had a living cat at the time. Both of our cats had been put down prior to this. We had dogs but they were already sleeping with me. It jumped onto the bed and disappeared. I believe I was 3 for this one. I don’t remember it much so all of this info is from what my mom recalls. My great grandpa had died just before I was born so I never got to see him alive. Apparently my mom heard me talking in her room but didn’t think much of it. She’s comes over and asks who I’m talking to. I say nothing and point in front of me. She started getting freaked out and asked again, “who? There’s no one there” I get visibly frustrated and point again. She tells me to stay there and walks off somewhere. She comes back with pictures of some deceased relatives and asks if any of them look like who I’m talking to. I point to one of my great grandpa. She told me to say goodbye and I go on with my business. She told me that she believed me and didn’t feel as if it were a negative presence, she had felt a positive vibe. She says it made perfect sense to be him and thought that was who it was before me validating it. I have so many stories but I’m pretty tired and I could be going on for hours if I wrote them all, so I’m gonna end it here. I’ve never really seen anything bad, it’s usually positive, but recently I have seen questionable cloud things flying around.

I know this doesn’t sound scary, but here’s my story: It happened on Christmas morning 15 years ago. My mom was deployed to Iraq at the time, so it was me and my dad. I was opening my Christmas presents, when I noticed something outside the window. I went over to take a look and I thought for sure it was Santa and his reindeer flying in the sky! For the first story maybe the best explanation is a satellite, like moving man made objects sent to space? Ive seen an orange light moving really quick but not as quick as a shooting star and I asked my dad what it was, he later saw it too and told me that it was probably a satellite. It’s quite hard for me to spot another one since that was the first one i’ve seen. It could also be a plane because my father is a pilot and explained tome what ive been seeing in the sky.

I've actually had a lot of paranormal experiences! A select few were quite memorable. One time, I remember it was the night before the first day of my junior year. I was laying down in my bed, ready to go to sleep, so I laid on my left side and closed my eyes. A few minutes had passed since I closed my eyes, and that's when it happened. I felt a hand caress the back of my head in one movement , from the middle to the bottom of my head. I honestly thought my mom came Into my room and did it, and I just didn't hear my door open, but when I opened my eyes and turned my head around, no one was there. Another time, my sister in law and me were sitting In the living room talking, when all of a sudden, we legit heard what sounded like a man belly laughing. Like, how a clown would laugh but without the scary factor in it. I thought it was me that just heard it, but by the look on her face, my sister in law heard it too. So, we tried to debunk it since it legit sounded like it was in the room with us, I went into the back room to ask my dad if he or anyone on the t.v laughed, and he Said no to both questions, then we went and asked my brother he laughed, cause he actually used work as a clown jumping out of a jack in the box at a haunted house for a year, but he said he didn't laugh. So that, honestly are the most memorable ones for me. About the others, their Mostly auditory encounters. Honestly, I think I may have a form of clairaudience. Cause I can hear from words or voices to ways that people my have passed. Like, when it happens, I blank out for a second or two, hear what noise or voice is, and come back. First one I ever heard, I was walking out of the house to go somewhere with my dad, when I blanked out and heard a gunshot. I mean, it was so sudden ( and loud) that it made me jump and gasp. I don't want to get to into it, but yeah. That's a few of my encounters. *le sigh* ..................ima go now 😂

Wolfy your UFO encounter story reminds me of this real life UFO story that I read online, it is about a man sitting outside of his house at night and he also saw maybe something similar to what you saw a moving light, then he basically froze and kept staring at it, he then snapped out of it and he felt he been outside for only a few minutes, but turns out it he has already been outside for few hours, many said that once you stare into the UFO, they abducted you and then bring you back on land and then erase your memories of you encountering them, so that maybe why you felt it was few seconds when actually it already been few minutes. Also few people go missing and then show up in odd places few years later, and can’t remember what happened in their life for the past few years.

Feeling like you’re in danger even tho nothing is going on but you KNOW something is in a specific spot so you’re too scared to check. I had a SORT of a UFO sighting once. It was while I was on a trip to New Zealand with my parents, back when I was fourteen. We had stopped at this hostel for the night, but it was still early, and there was a little park nearby - so we went out for a walk, to stretch our legs and watch the sunset. So there we were, watching the sunset. It was one of those sunsets when the sky is largely clear, except for just a few clouds. In this case, there were three large clouds in a group, and a lot of little bitty cloudlets around them - very pretty. Suddenly, I noticed one of the big ones starting to change shape. It changed from just a regular old cloud to what looked exactly like a flying saucer - the classic old B-movie type, with the bubble on top and everything. Quickly, the other two followed suit - and now there were three saucer-clouds together in the sky, like they were hovering in formation, preparing to land. It seemed like they had just materialized out of the ether somehow. My parents saw the resemblance, too, and there was this sudden shared moment of 'holy crap, is this really happening? Is this actually what it looks like?' It wasn't just us seeing it, either - it was a public park, so there were other people nearby, as well. I saw a bunch of people pointing and talking, and no one left - everyone just stood, looking up at the saucer-clouds, waiting for something to happen. And, well, nothing did. After a few minutes, the clouds began to change shape, broke up in the wind, and drifted apart; the sun sank below the horizon, and that was that. So maybe they WERE just clouds, but the illusion was absolutely uncanny at the time, and like I said, I was far from the only person who saw it. I've never forgotten that sunset, and I've often wondered if there genuinely was something more going on up there, something that we'll never know about. I mean, I'm not saying we DID somehow narrowly evade an alien invasion on that day back in the late '90's, but on the other hand - I'm not saying we DIDN'T, either.
