Our Friend Matheus from @allhookedd caught this Florida Gar from his kayak and gave it to us! It is currently our biggest Gar in our $100,000 Golden Fish Tank!

When moving from Florida 42 years ago, I brought my favorite fish with me. My Alligator gar. Now 42 years later I have a piece of Florida again, my new Alligator gar from Predatory Fins. I named him St. Peterburg, PETE for short. I am so happy to have found you. Sorry Kevin but the puffers and stingrays take second place.

It breaks my heart that Florida government is shutting down diversity, and killing the pet and fish trade. It sends wonderful people like Rodrigo away, and our state is all the poorer for it. Our country was built on different kinds of people with different interests. If you kill that, this will be a very boring place to be.

I get aggravated when I watch other groups like bass fishing productions and others pointing out that certain fish are illegal to “ move “ yet I see Florida filling in ponds and lakes with dirt killing the fish within . So fish can’t be moved because they are considered invasive yet it’s ok to just bury them alive …. gets me really upset.

The light colour will probably be recessive so if you breed them and they come out normal breed the normal back and you should be able to get some albino
