You could research the marriage records of the city or state where you live, and maybe, just maybe the initials would show up with a name for that year!!!

I'm an x jeweller from many years ago. There are some variables that would determine the value. Carat, cut, color, clarity, but the fact it is 14kt which is awesome, and probably used higher end jewels in the setting. Those diamonds look to be about 15 points each ( .15c) 100 points=1 carat! What an awesome find!
