A big inspiration for the level was seeing "standard" Quest Master players trying to play Trolls, and trying to solve all of them by pulling off fancy parkour tricks and such, that didn't work. They were so used to the solutions in levels being some really fancy or hard to pull off trick. We wanted to show them the idea of looking for the reveal, and grabbing what should be an clear and simple solution. At the same time, we were hoping to introduce at least a few mechanics that MM2 troll players may not find obvious. We think it currently does a better job of both, but unfortunately, we didn't get feedback from many MM2 Troll players with as much experience as jneen and stevo until the competition. So we are hoping the revisions we've made based on their feedback have made things a lot more fun, and helpful, to all players.

We checked the tapes just now, and you didn't even try to walk around the spikes 😢. Hehe, anyway it goes, the playthrough really helped us improve that who.... most of the sections.
