Not as east as that, the woman also has rights towards the child, so it is not automatic under European law to just go and take your child. It has to be litigated in family court in Italy.

Eiiiii Pastor,this is another one. My humble opinion is that ,please help this man to locate the lady. Second thing is to convince the lady so that the pregnancy be aborted since it is only 3 months. If this child is born, he/she will be traumatised the whole of his/her life. Or at the extreme, you may do a DNA test for this man to see if his father is his real father.If the result is negative, then the lady should give birth. As for marriage and forgiveness, the least said the better. The next thing is to help this man with a serious professional counseling to enable him unlearn this bitter experience, get stability of mind and carry on with his life. This is an abomination.
