You can naturally ground by walking on the earth(grass, dirt) touching and hugging a tree, picking flowers. Or you can order a grounding mat. I know you do your stretches and breathing, so try incorporating those things. ❤

Love this ! Just be careful with the no shoes! When I took my kids to Maui Hawaii they had some spots on the grass that were thorny! 😭😭 Keeping an extra pair of flips in the vehicle helps when kids forget their shoes! Trust me my kids still do this 😂

It just baffles me that those kids eat plates full of onions and eggs or onions rice and half done hamburger meat. Then say your cooking is nasty but yet you and your husband indulge in good food or decent looking food and your boys literally have to beg for some and clip gets edited. Being a black woman with a family full of males you should take cooking lessons if you weren't taught to cook but this is kinda embarrassing and you can tell your boys are afraid to say the wrong thing "they think you will later get upset about" by their facial expression and mid sentence they stop when they see your look.
