@@ronaldburgess2884 and some of us just enjoy driving classic cars, I'm 50 and only owned 1 new car in my life and the only reason I bought that is because I got transferred at work to a site an hour 15 minutes away for 2 years and didn't wanna put those miles on my classic so I went and paid 9k cash for a throwaway left over year 99 Dodge Avenger to put the miles on..... god that car was absolute sh!t, it had no balls, the interior was tan, dark brown and black and in 2 years I had to put 6 transmission sensors in it, after i transferred back I gave that p.o.s. to my niece for her first car and then after she graduated high school she bought a 78 Dodge D150 and used the seats out of the Avenger to put in the Truck..... that's pretty much all the entire car was good for after 5 years. I'm driving a 73 Buick Regal now.

That and because they all but the Mustang are "undesireable" cars. I mean how many people DREAM of building a 75 Vega, 65 Chrysler 300, or a 71 Triumph TR6? I mean even the 74 Roadrunner isn't really "desireable" to most people because it's a "Smog car".

I'd rather have a driver. That was the original intent for all of them. Plus, they were often 3 figures used after only about 4 years. I bought a '66 Fury III in the 1980's for $600; it was a driver for about a year. My preference, though, is for the '67 300, even with its Pontiac snout. Good luck to all of the sellers, and the buyers.

I was a kid when the '50's & '60's cars were on the road. My relatives bought new cars in the '50's & 60's. My first car was a '59 Chevy 2 dr. Impala in 1977 I was 17 a big day in my life I drove it everywhere. In 1978 my 2nd car was a '57 Chevy Bel Air 4 dr.hardtop...my folks bought me my first 2 cars. After that I got a job to save money to buy most of my cars back then they were cheap in the '70's & 80's I can't remember what I did with some of them I had so many cars coming & going. For me a daily driver is where it's at not a show car, cars are made to be driven not to display at a car show or museum. A waste of a car. Those classics are so much fun to drive there's nothing like them. Driving it is 90% of the experience. My dream is to save enough to buy a dream car I never owned yet like either '59 Impala convertible or a '58 Impala hardtop or a '54 or '55 Buick Roadmaster or Super Convertible or a '54 or '55 Olds 98 Starfire convertible I wish I could buy all 4 but realistically I'll be lucky to buy only one & drive & cruise all over route 66 & just get lost in time in the 1950's.
