When I was a kid in 2009 I couldn't sleep in New York City because something came out of the night in the room every day and I checked the door and saw the shadow man. I was running in my bed and I was sweating so much that I almost had a heart attack and the shadow man was watching me sleep and my family I was like someone on earth who went to eat and watched us sleep at night I was very shocked but thank God He saved us I almost screamed I don't want bad things happened to my family it was cold I never sleep in New York City but I already moved to the new house thanks to Jesus and God Amen I just can’t believe what I saw in the night

I used to spend the Summers growing up with my Grandmother in Alabama. When anyone would die they would cover all the mirrors in the house. The first 24 hours the front and back door were left open. You could do a whole series on Southern beliefs and practices. Every region has their own death and afterlife beliefs and practices. It is all very interesting. Another belief in my southern family is you never leave a hat on the bed. They believe if you leave your hat on the bed you are inviting death and indicating you are ready to go.

Never ever put a mirror in front of a window. My sister moved in with me one time years ago. We started having things happen in my home like feelings of fatigue, distress and seeing shadows moving from one room to another. I am sensitive in feeling. My sister can see spirits. Come to find out, my sister moved a dresser with a mirror in front of her bedroom window because windows always gave her a sense of fear while she slept. One night I was standing in front of her at her bedroom door talking to her. I got a sense that someone was behind me. I look at her and she is looking past me. She saw a teenage girl. We researched and a teenage girl that lived on that street was killed in a car accident several years prior. We found her picture and it was her.

I have a gigantic antique mirror in my living room! It’s gorgeous but it could be in a movie for a portal! It weighs at least 400 pounds and is around 10 ft tall- 6ft wide. I’m from the south I should know better but my need for esthetics won out- we covered mirrors, opened doors and stopped the clocks in the house at the time of the death - back when you could stop the pendulum. It’s also crazy to think that the antique table I have and that we all have used to eat off of was the table the our family members were laid out on for wakes at the house- before they used funeral homes. 😬

YES!! You are totally on track with your supposition on the way contacting other energies truly works. Ben - you're spot on about quiet communication. We do that in Development Circles.
