Mini Brands could have done a holiday themed calendar with products that are usually only available during the season or are more common. All the tinned cookies, popcorn, chocolates and so on (and a butterball turkey would be pretty funny as one as well)

i think if you didnt already have so many, you would be less dissatisfied with this advent calendar. this is good for someone who doesn't have any mini brands yet. its cheaper than buying the 5 packs and its a fun activity. so you get something fun to do and start your collection of mini brands at a much cheaper cost.

I think this was one of the better ones you've opened, I love how detailed everything is. I wouldn't expect actual value for your money in these calendars, because there is certainly extra price added for the element of surprise and because 'tis the season.

So Revlon Cherries In The Snow is one of the oldest lipstick shades in existence, it was first released in 1953! It's also very pretty (I own it) and it's pretty iconic. I was very sad when I heard Revlon were in financial trouble earlier this year, but they haven't disappeared just yet! (I think I own more lipsticks by them than any other brand. Considering I have hundreds of lipsticks as I collect them I'd say that's saying something!)

My grandmother used to have a set of mini Coke bottles in a mini crate, from like the 50's. They were tiny and made of actual glass with actual brown liquid inside them, though they couldn't be opened.

The Kool aid bottles were really popular in the 90s along with a brand called mondo that the little cap twisted off and you could drink it immediately after. Downside to this design was they spilled and didn't have a replacement top so you either left it open, drank it all at once, or transferred it to another container.

As a long time doll collector and polymer clay artist, I actually like that the scales vary. Some things work great with 1:3 size (AG, Smart Doll), others with 1:4 (Minifee, Tonner), and others with 1:6 (Barbie).

Yeah as then the babybell as example would be super tiny and others would be dissapointed about the value with that. Sure people who want to use these as doll house props probably get dissapointed but I would think most prefer they are all same scale.

I agree👍, they're mini brands, just miniature versions of a product. So i think its reasonable that they aren't proportional to each other. Plus I think if they were portioned some would be hard to read, like the baby bell being smaller than the syrup

I'm surprised the advent calendar exclusives aren't holiday special editions of foods. Oreo usually does red and green oreos, Terry's chocolate oranges are a holiday tradition in my family, egg nog, those sugar cookies with snowman or Santa in them, the list goes on. Given that it's an advent calendar, aka a count down to christmas, why not make the exclusives christmas themed things?

I got the advent calendar last year and I loved it. I live in the states and I believe it was like $25. Also for anyone confused the exclusives aren’t the gold ones or anything if you look on the collector sheet for mini brands it shows that if it has a certain picture by it it’s for something exclusive that you can get from the mini brand balls. And also last year the mini brands were not at all the same as the photo in front of it. At least for me. Jackie Probably just got rest unlucky lol. Anyway hope that at least some of this made sense if your looking to get the advent calendar. Hey this is me after watching half the video.. most of those mini brands that she got were from series 3.. UHM mini brands you got some explaining to do

My favorite part of this video is the fact that I have a box of Mike and Ike Mega mix at my desk currently. They must have changed the box since this series came out, but it looks pretty similar. It is a wonderful coincidence that made me smile.
