Hey yappy, if you want a safer way to go down the waterfalls sit on the edge then put both hands on one side, turn so you end up kinda lying on your stomach and lower yourself down with your arms. Its way safer and you wont scratch your rear/back/arms on the side of the waterfalls. Its also great when you dont know the depth of the water. if you have enough strength you can lower yourself slowly and so you dont get hurt if you slide in as you are and your hand slips you can end up wacking the back of your head and possibly knock yourself out. The tummy method means this wont happen. Also your far more likely to stay drier!
