Personally I think the idea that homosexuality is evil or sinful is a misinterpretation of the Bible. Considering that the text was reinterpreted and retranslated over and over, as well as adjusted to fit the cultural values of the time, it follows that certain beliefs, including homophobia, were inserted into the Bible where it wasn't previously. The way I understand it the Bible never outright says homosexuality is immoral, but that certain homosexual acts are immoral like pdfilic relationships that would occur in ancient Rome, or SA, for example. But neither of those are inherent or unique to queer people. Much of the verses people quote in English to call homosexuality a sin is a mistranslation of the original text, which was in a different language with different meanings, intentions, and cultural contexts.

See what I hate about decision based games is they all seem to reward you only for choosing the LEAST practical/realistic options every single time. The characters decision making is always so ridiculous but choose what seems like the bad decision and end up with a better ending, while making choices based on what u might actually do in real life and u end up with the worst ending possible

Im soooo happy Berlin came back to finish this game- I really enjoyed it! To comment on what was said about religion... I was raised Catholic, and once I was old enough to start learning about people outside my direct community, I was shocked and confused that people could use Jesus as an excuse for a lack of acceptance when I'd spent my whole life learning about how Jesus sat with all sinners, how we were supposed to follow that example of kindness, forgiveness, and acceptance. I don't see myself as a religious person now, but I absolutely believe that what I was taught is the way to live- or at least how I want to live. Be kind, be open, treat others how you want to be treated, and follow God's example in loving others and doing whatever good you can. Even if you think certain things go against God, God wanted all his children to follow his example. So if people arent hurting anyone, how can it be justified to judge them in a way that Jesus wouldn't even do himself? It doesn't make sense to me, but anyways, it was really nice to see Berlin see this through and to hear his commentary on it :)
