I have a suggestion for you. Try Roblox game called identity fraud. A horror game that can make you scream even when you're prepared for the jumpscare 🤭

I think if we've only had less traumatic experiences in our life thats our only exposure to trauma, it can definitely feel like the most. But our bodies won't internalise that as a major trauma. The more severe the trauma, the more severe our mental (& physical) wellbeing are affected. The daily worries of a comfortable life are something we're fortunate to experience in comparison.

35:03 Emotions that come from the nervous system interpret past physical experiences to determine what your feeling. So if your heart rate was high when you talked to a scary person then your brain would assume you're scared when you talk to someone else who reminds you of that same person. (I'm not studying this or anything I think it's how it work) So when you talked about feeling grief over a pet and anxiety of not eating, I think that both would feel as powerful to each person. Your body can't really distinguish if a higher heart rate is fear, excitement or sorrow. Memory plays a part of what you feel.

Your body and brain wouldn’t know the difference in my opinion. But those who go through constant high levels of stress would eventually adapt to it or become desensitized.

3:13:29 yes absolutely it is that powerful. The brain controls how your perceive reality itself so if that gets damaged it could damage how you see the world

I think this game was poorly writen in so many ways it leans too much in being a love story and don't get me wrong that's the whole point it's a letter of sorts to his own partner but he realsed this game to the public for a reason he wanted others to play this game too and if that was the case he should have kept that in mind instead of "i want you to get this ending so every other ending will be bad and their will be no in game reason why it is other then it just is"

you played it realistically, everyone always wanna see a story with different choices played out the exact same way. go watch popular youtubers controlled by their fanbase, play it then! i love watching you play decision based games because you play as if you’re the character, you play in a way with the intent to protect your character & those around them. everyone loves the “b3RlEeZy gEts eVeryOne k!Ll3D!” narrative & chastise you for thinking of your characters & using logic? i don’t think a game with decisions should be played solely to get the best (canon or preferred) outcome. because there is no “best” outcome. IT HAS CHOICES FOR A REASON! this game clearly was written for you to be a people pleaser. so W gameplay berlin. have a nice one!
