I was at this game, this disbelief and silence of the arena was so tasty. I had a migraine from screaming do loud after Boesers hat trick goal, we sat right behind the preds net for 3/4 goals. It went from a frustrating “I wasted money for this” to “this was the greatest game I’ve ever seen and will cherish this memory forever”

watched this game in a bar called the local, they had it up on all screens with the volume maxed. such a sad atmosphere for about 55/61 mins of playing time, but that first goal on the first shot, and the last 4 mins of the game, the atmosphere was the most electric thing ive ever experienced. First time watching a game while out with friends and it was incredible

Couldn’t cheer for the leafs growin up.. I just freakin loved Bure.. he got traded but I just loved the jerseys n loved the team.. My 6yr old son was in tears when Beoser tied it up with 7 seconds left in the 3rd period. For clarity, it’s not because he was emotionally invested in the game. He actually wasn’t even watching. He was in tears because my explosion of excitement and relief scared the absolute shit out of him! 🤣🤷🏻‍♂️ P.S. For context, that tying goal was just a fraction of a sliver shy of matching how I felt when Burrows scored the OT winner to slay the Blackhawks in 2011. MY GOD, the pent up energy was just unbelievable! 🤯

I watched the first period at a restaurant while driving home. My first thought: why the hell is Silovs in net? I was a bit worried because the guys looked a little slow. We flew over the Coq, through a blizzard on the snowshed hill (which coincided with Nashville taking the lead), and then beautiful blue skies and sun from Merritt onwards (which coincided with the comeback). Yes...I am saying the Hockey Gods were pleased and manifested the weather! Got home and pulled open the highlights while still in the van. Didn't even take my seatbelt off which was good because I pumped up and down so hard I would've cranked my head against the roof. LET'S GO BOYS!!!!

Our bench basically divided and half went to Silovs (JT, Sous, Laff, PDG, Z are the few that I saw and I THINK Petey being the last player to leave the bench headed his direction too) while the rest rushed to Lindy. Boes was leaving the bench late too and it was just such a joy to see him jumping like a kid a couple more times on the ice before skating towards Lindy.
