The barking & crying of the other dogs inside the shelter is hard to listen, as if they’re begging to be adopted & they could sense that there’s adoptions going on 😢If Lee could take them all I know he would 😢😞❤️

I'm glad that Lee is taking those clearly human-bonded dogs who otherwise are overseen at shelters. All of them look well-behaved, so other than costs or lack of time/ space it's difficult to understand why those dogs have difficulties in finding new owners. Thank you, Lee & Team ❤

I can't even express my gratitude for you taking the black pittie and all the other black dogs you saved today. My black pittie came from roswell shelter (one of the most horrid shelters on earth) and he looks a lot like the sweet baby you rescued today! I wish every day that this channel blows up even more so people can learn about the most incredible hero of our time. It breaks my heart how full shelters are, how often people are STILL dumping their dogs and how few people are bothering to adopt. Only those of us who have adopted understand what incredible dogs are sitting there waiting for someone to love them. I love you and the asher house team more than just about anyone on earth. Thank you for saving the pitties and black dogs! I always save the pitties and have never... ever regretted it. They're the most deserving of loving homes and yet the least likely to ever leave the shelter. Rips my heart out. Lee, you deserve all the love and happiness in the world. That pitty is the image of my first dog, a pitty I named socks for obvious reasons, he had the biggest smile and still holds a place in my heart, I think about him every day even though he passed 20 years ago. I know he's going to make whoever adopts him so happy and I know you'll find the right person for him, I'll never understand how anyone could pass such an amazing dog by and not jump at the opportunity to bring him home, the world is truly upside down.

I’m a cancer patient for last 17 yrs, and your videos and the happiness and love and spirit of your videos bring me so much joy. I live with my nephew’s family on few acres of land in NW Kentucky, 6 dogs, 1 cat, 2 pot belly pigs, chicken and ducks. Then we have a bigger farm with horses, goats, cows, cats and 1 grumpy old man, all are rescues. We joke the man is a rescue too but really is my nephews father. My nephew and you have the same great spirit and it is a gift for people like me. I can’t get out and do stuff much so I wanted to thank you for allowing me to benefit from your light, love and spirit. You are a gift. Thank you again.

Two or three nights ago I watched an Instagram post of year old adorable light brown dog that was in a country shelter for three days before being euthanized because the shelter was full. The first human touch outside its kennel was to be put down because their were too many dogs in the shelter. I cried for a couple of hours and had a terrible night sleep thinking about how cruel and careless so many humans are towards animals. I wish people would spay and neuter their pets and took better care of the animals they have. Thank goodness for kind people like Lee Asher and the Asher House!

I want the black pittie❤❤❤ the best and my very favorite dog ever that I have owned, and trust me I have adopted many, was a female black pit bull....her name was Akira and she was everything to me 😢. I would never have made it through the passing of my dad without her love and affection ❤. I lost her 7 years ago due to cancer and there is not a day that goes by that I do not think about her.... I know beyond a shadow of a doubt that when my time comes she will be the one that is there to greet me 🙏🌹.
