One of the HARDEST things I've had to tell my husband (long before we got married) is that I can't have babies. He already has a daughter from a previous relationship, and we had hoped for a baby boy. I found out that I was unable to conceive after a couple years of being together. This man took me into his arms and said he loves me regardless, and now we're going on 12yrs strong. Just be honest, ladies. It may infact go way better than you think. @h.c4898 We have talked about adoption, and it still comes up from time to time. I will be 40 in a few months, and he 44. I love my life, and what we have. I'm not positive if adopting would be the best for us at this time. Again, we do talk about it. So who knows what will happen. If we did adopt, I wouldn't want a baby. I would want an older child. However, this would be something we both discussed thoroughly together. There are many children in this world who need a good and loving home ❤️

There's no dishonor or anything to not being able to have a child. My wife, who I've been with these last 20 years, told me from the beginning that she was unable to conceive. I H8 people who call a woman "defective" when they cannot have children. You call a tool or machine "defective" if it cannot serve its only (or main) purpose. If the car won't start its "defective" if the blender won't make your smoothie its "defective". Since when is having children the "purpose" of being a woman?? Some women who can actually CHOOSE not to for personal reasons. A person is so much more to the world than one specific biological function and anyone what would say "defective" is a shallower than a puddle in the Sahara @$$H013.
@16MedicRNАй бұрын
@@Zurrounduhm, are you ok? I didn't hear the word 'defective'. It is the purpose of women to conceive and give birth. To deny that is to deny science and God. But,if one can't it doesn't mean defective in YOUR sense of the word. I was adopted because my mom couldn't have any more babies. I was blessed, and she fulfilled everything in her life she was meant to be!!!
@MamaBear_2629Ай бұрын
@@16MedicRN I think they’re just explaining that they hate it when they hear other* people say that because I’ve heard that too when people say “wow you’re a woman and women have one common purpose to have children”and I completely understand what the person you’re replying to was saying, because I have infertility and I was told many times from different people that I was less than basically because I couldn’t even do the one thing that all women are “meant for” according to biology and anatomy. And yes, some people used those words “meant for” as if that’s my only purpose or my name purpose on this earth or that’s what I should be doing and I’m less of a woman because I can’t! However, I am extremely lucky and by the grace of whatever in the universe I have two beautiful daughters through IVF and it was a miracle however, it was a long 8 Year road with lots of loss, tears, sadness, and hopelessness, but I know some women will never have the miracle that I did and it doesn’t make them any less than. Therefore, I do get what the person you’re replying to was saying because, you would be actually shocked to know how common people say such things about infertile women or women with complex infertility issues.
