Cuando tienes frio no hay nada mejor que activarse haciendo cosas con lo que el cuerpo genera calor agradable no asi en verano que el calor no deja moverse mucho... al contrario yo odio el calor porque no se pasa con nada en cambio el frio hay muchas formas de quitarlo... me encanta ver tus videos pues tambien es mi estilo ❤
