You've inspired me to do a nether only single player world. I did one years ago on Java, like 2013 or 2014, when there were a lot less options. And I 'cheated' then by bringing some important things with me, like tonnes of eggs and seeds so I could hatch chickens, and have a wheat farm. But these days, I play on Bedrock, so there's some stuff I can't do, like build a huge gold farm on the roof of the nether. But it is, what it is, and it's a nice challenge, if frustrating at times, haha.

Remember that Barrels can be opened even with a solid block (like Bedrock) above it. Enjoyed the vid.

with a lever and a lot of redstone you can create TPS lag and after BUD powering a piston and unpowering it you update it when you made the last break it and before the head retracts you place another one facing the bedrock in its place and when the head breaks the piston thinks it's extended and retracts the bedrock deleting it but I care more about the cobblestone since pistons and many redstone components can't be made with blackstone

Yep! I'm actually working on a farm right now! Although enderman spawns are pretty slow in the nether. Compared to the End anyway.

how did you get stone into the nether? as far as I remember grindstone can't be crafted with nether equivalents

Correct. I made a crafting tweak to be able to make it. But regardless I'll be getting regular stone. 😎

Well, my plan was to use enderman but I don't think they can pick up stone...so I might end up using TNT or something....once I get sand.
