29:22 actually no the $1.5k a month makes a lot of sense since the average peice of groceries per person for a month is $400. They're technically below average. If you math it out on a 30 day month they're spending about $12.50 for food per person everyday. That's cheaper than just 1 meal at most fast food places. Also the cars make sense too because they probably do legit need 2 cars and the market is fucked. They could be paying $500 a month for $30k cars and then have full coverage insurance on both for $250 with bad credit or no discounts. Everything else they're doing is pretty crazy though.

@@OriginalDad My numbers are not anecdotal. I searched up the average cost and multiple sources say that the average costs are anywhere from $350 to $450 a month per person. If you follow the USDA's recommended low cost budget it can cost anywhere from $255 to $305 a month per anyone aged 12+ depending on age and gender and $155 to $255 per anyone younger than 12 depending on age. If we scale that up to their liberal plan it increases to $375 to $460 and $215 to $385 respectively. The grocery costs in your area are probably much cheaper than the average. If you are genuinely curious about my spending, it's about $700 for 2 people and we're mostly buying enough red meat for 2 nights worth of dinner, enough chicken for the 5 other nights and probably 3 days worth of lunch, stuff to make sandwiches for the other 4 days, we're usually getting 2 sides for dinner, we end up buying maybe 2-3 snack items every 3-4 weeks, maybe a dessert item every 2 weeks, frozen fruit every 2 weeks for smoothies, we buy 3-4 cases of soda or sparkling water when they're on sale and it usually lasts us 4 months, and usually we're getting bagels and eggs every 2 weeks for the occasional breakfast. We stay away from any of the frozen or the just add water and boil/microwave foods. We do buy any healthier alternatives when we can and we're ingredients focused rather than meal focused.

@@JollyCandy-ki3er true, but that being unhealthy is probably why they're spending an extra $4 a day on food per person. They have children and probably don't want them to end up malnourished. I used to be one of the exclusively fast food eaters to lower my food costs. Eventually my body just felt like utter shit 24/7 and I could tell that I wasn't getting enough nutrients, so I switched to buying groceries and cooking all my food and I feel so much better now. It's crazy how much fast food can really kill your body for very little cost savings.
