I've beeen watching your contents since the day i found it. Thank youuuuuuuuuu for being you!!!! You brought me back to my first love (skateboarding). I stopped because i am a very introverted and existentialist. Like you, i also don't get the "herd mentality"and I always do things on my own. Thank youuuuu for inspiring me to keep going in sb and in life (cause i was always been deppressed). I hope you will never stop uploading contents. Keeeep on spreading 🔥🔥🔥 and keep killing it!!

I get that same problem John was getting around the 15:35 point of randomly turning my upper body during a manual sometimes and I have no clue how to fix it or why it happens. I'll be holding a steady manual then occasionally my shoulders will start twisting slowly until it feels too awkward to hold the manual anymore. Anyone have knowledge about what's going on or how to fix it?

Solid sessions. Sometimes things feel great for sure. Maybe it was the meal that added the extra weight. 😂 Not trying be negative towards the board brand. Could it be old wood from the surplus of COVID era boards that were ordered? Maybe you can talk to Revive about a carbon fiber type solution.

I went to climbing from skating and had a hard time building muscle/strength, you should stay in the 8-10reps 4 sets phase(hypertrophy) You're there with push so start doing dips and add weight once you get there with pull ups add weight. If I could go back in time that's the simple advice I'd give myself. If you can do more than 12 at max it's time to add weight, you're working towards endurance at that point.
@VNECK4016 ай бұрын
Buying an assistance band for pull ups helps to in the beginning, and later on once you get to one arms
@inakisanchez25526 ай бұрын
I think instead of not doing boardslide tricks maybe get a higher rail, so the momentum while you're going down its not so much. higher the rail, lesser the weight

Sorry John but I can’t watch these hour long videos. Much prefer your edits of under 15 minutes. I’m 48 and am reasonably busy with work and my own hobbies, and skating. I’ve got maybe an hour after work to watch a few vids with a coffee. Kids today have too much time on their hands.

Sure hope you go back to shorter videos... I never miss any of your videos but I don't have enough time to watch ones that are this long and never will... Would be sad if I stopped watching your every video after almost a decade, but that is what is currently happening! Grrr...
