Left skins on and too many seeds very disappointing. Always take skins off and pick a boy eggplant which has less seeds

How can you know a "boy" eggplant from a girl eggplant?

@@MonteM-kc5rp The male and female words are just a term used to tell the difference of more or less seeds. So the male has less seeds. It’s very simple to choose when buying an eggplant. The bottom of the eggplant will have a round circle which is less seeds the male. The female will have an oval circle at the bottom which is more seeds. I have a pic but I tried to paste it and it didn’t work. But if you google it you will clearly see what it looks like.

@@aidanross9489 well the good news is that the skins are good for you and brain cells the bad news is that the seeds make eggplant taste bitter. So there you go the skins will help you always remember the bitter taste.
