BrItt has a smart idea! I live in a little city in Canada and we have to car washes that have pet wash stations in them! People don't want to bath them at home especially if they are really muddy, stinky, etc. so they take them there. Cheaper then a groomer especially when it is just to wash the dog!

You should do a subscription based car wash for the automatic bay. For example 9.99$ for month basic wash, 19.99$ for the Medium Wash, and 29.99$ monthly for the premium wash. Subscription based products and services are the best investments imo.

Hey Roman I have an idea to help your car wash out in the winter. Put overhead doors on your self serve car wash stations. Then use a heater to keep it warm throughout the day in winter and in summer you can just keep the overhead doors open. I’m from Canada and the local car wash has overhead doors and it’s always busy year round

To try to turn profit in the winter, you could always make sure you offer a wash that specifically washes off the ice Melt stuff and protects the cars from rusting (if there's such a wash/cleaning chemicals)

Roman, serious topic. I’ve always been into old dirty cummins motors which don’t require def fluid obviously. So I did some research into it, you could realistically bypass the def fluid system if you have the ability. remove sensors, cut cat, an replace the rest of the whole exhaust system. Which probably will be decently priced depending on connections. However probably not as costly as buying def fluid for 5-10 years+ or however long you plan on having your GMC… just gonna leave that there.
