You know, I'm just glad I decided that, as a new Red Dead RP player, to play as a mute native. I don't really RP that much either, I just hop on the character and run around hunting, fishing, mining, etc. And like any smart native, I stay away from the populated towns UNLESS I need to stop by somewhere to grab something or look at something. There are some people that I met who recognize me when they see me, and they are pretty kind, even if they are the type of player to sit around in one town for 12 hours lol.

You know typically I avoided Valentine in that server for that particular reason. Sadly enough, I was apart of that server for over a year but I used to be more on the outskirts of Valentine before moving to Blackwater to work as an Undertaker. People can really be egotistical, especially in that server alone. The server ceases to exist now, they're trying to bring it back, but it'll only be a matter of time. I've heard the trumpet plenty of times, it never bothered me or my character. Sure, my character was bitter and mean but not all the time. I just find it distasteful that everyone wants to be the 'fighting' type of character and assume the first solution to someone playing the trumpet is to hit them. To be fair, western times, a feller wouldn't just sock someone else in the face. There's normally some conversation prior for such a small incident if we can even call it an incident. These folks tend to ruin it for us roleplayers who actually like to roleplay. It's just a sad reality in today's world.

It's easy to get on a whitelist. You just give a paragraph for each answer and just say the same thing in a different way 5 or 6 times and you're good. Not that it really makes a difference anyway because you get the exact same losers on whitelists. Only these are more of the incel types that use rules to justify power tripping.
