Always happy to see you on another adventure! I have a passion for old bookends, but recently I find only one😵‍💫, what/where/why is the missing bookend. I figure when we donate a box of treasures that need to move on to another loving home, we get rid of both of the bookends, why would you keep one and donate the other 😬. Another mystery I know you can solve Scott, keep the faith baby, I know you can wrap this mystery up quickly👏❤️👏. The Shore a mighty brisk today, but seeing the Atlantic Ocean a beautiful sapphire blue is pure heaven 😎.

I love the covered glass bowl and ladle...I would use it for, "serve yourself" fruit cup. Of course the fruit would need to be cut relatively small, for this bowl. It's a perfect size for 2-4 people. Thanks Scott...your presentation so often makes my day.

Those are very nice cast iron bookends with the painted colonial scene..... the pink Depression glass, the clear glass pair of candlesticks and the Victorian red velvet set of two chairs were rather nice as well.... thank you Scott......

Scott I had great anxiety when I watched you putting your beautiful cream and sugar in your cart. I just knew they would fall out those leg holes and break! I kept saying “ pull the plastic piece up and cover the leg holes!!” Lol! Seriously, you have the best thrift stores where you live. I’ve never found anything as nice as the stuff you find up there in PA and NJ ( Floridian here). I’m not a reseller, I just love the beautiful glassware from the depression era and you find some great things! Lots of good finds today Irene, errr, I mean Scott! 😂❤

Ha ha ha awww don't worry. You could not tell from the angle of the camera but the leg holes were covered and not large enough for anything to fall out. Anytime I have broken something ...... it's always in my kitchen sink! UGH. Thanks for watching.

Loving your bookends! Always such great finds, my thrifts in LA just don't do as well... but now and again... picked up a set of Rebecca at the Well bookends that someone painted black, may try and strip them but still love them no matter. Oddly Goodwill priced each bookend individually instead of as a set. Still cheaper than finding them at the antique mall... from one Irene to another, enjoy the day!

Hi Patsy. Waterford in the Colleen pattern is lovely but it's not an item that I buy and sell. My focus is almost exclusively on antique glass up to about the 1940's. I believe the Colleen pattern was introduced in the late 1960's. You will almost never seen me buy anything made after the 1950's. I'm happy to leave that era to other collectors. Thanks for watching.
