You need to schedule your time. Set days and times for specific functions. Mondays 9am-11am > tidy workspaces; Monday 1pm-4pm > system testing etc etc. Stick to it, and everything will soon get done - you seem to be taking too much time worrying about wht needs to be done rather than doing it.

1. For the cleanup, start with something easy, like breaking down boxes. Do it for like 15 minutes, then be done. Then slowly ramp up the amount of time you do it until its done 2. Dont worry about makng videos while livestreams are going on. They're multiple hours long and adding a daily video is a lot 3. Make a priority list in terms of highest value (ie reviewing a new asic) to lowest value (selling evergreen miners) Just some tips from my POV

Learn getting more organized, really. Your problem will not go away by buying more desks or hire someone, the problem goes away only if you do it yourself, and figure out how you maintain your basement area well organized. I don't think it's too bad really, it's just some stuff on the floor and desks, where you must start using more of your time to keep them clean. Buying more space or buying more stuff usually just doesn't solve the problem if nobody is keeping all that stuff organized, you end up only having even bigger chaos that way.

Your working area and inventory are occupying the same space. Package everything that isn't currently used and store it in a different location. That will clean your work environment. Make sure you document your inventory. Create projects, setup your work environment to receive them. Pull from inventory and complete them, 1 project at a time. (inventory) ---(project)--->(basement). No projects running in parallel, always 1 at a time from start to completion.

less coffee, more pot - on the wkds - you will be fine - you are positioned to have some major hw buildouts - you should get somebody working for you but be picky - somebody you can get along with and somebody who will take direction - you will have to attain goals one by one but it can happen. get more big shelves; hang out with fam, maybe even hire some fam. do lots of arb plays. you have space to get everything shelved and in order - get even more tables for projects

You could perhaps help your organizing desks by using some adequately sized moving boxes, which can be piled. Use those boxes as a temporary place for any projects which you must do later. You could easily use some 10 boxes in 2-3 piles, that wouldnt take much space from floor, and that way you don't need to buy more desk space. I use just cardboard boxes where I put stuff which need to have some temporary place, and have them piled, although the stuff there is not the same you have.

As you said, you aren't good at multitasking in so many words so you'll have to declutter and organize this space, grouping things by project so you can ease your mind and focus on the tasks at hand. I was doing the same thing this last weekend, quite literally to make things easier to get to my homelab type projects. I think your personality is very similar to mine, as I suck at multitasking as well. Though with me, my productivy is killed exploring ideas with AI chat bots, like it does for you with discord. Also you seem to know what you need to do, but taking action on this mundane stuff to get to the fun stuff is more difficult than it seems. I am the same, and sometime you just have to grit your teeth, and not worry about other stuff and get right to it.

you have a management problem. Make a list of all your pending projects. Prioritize the list and add a column and estimate project length in hours. Create a pie chart of how you spend your time during a typical day. Accept the fact that you can do it all and at the present rate you gonna burn out. Note the tasks and projects you can delegate. Take 20 minutes a day and mediate. This is a personal growth opportunity.

As a Canadian I understand. From my work functions they prioritize everything. You obviously spend way to much time on social media platforms. That should only be after you done testing and checking equipment. Having some kinda Structure to your everyday and sometimes weekly and Monthly. I would look for a Basement rental space for work. Have the office on the main lvl. This would be separate from home. Having Business space is also helps you stay focused while at work. Then, when your home.. it's only about home stuff. Like living! Or taking care of personal relationships etc. Separate the 2 worlds
