Hello Constance! since June of this year I've been going through an awakening (the best I could find about it - Kundalini symptoms. tingling in all the chakra spots, buzzing and high pitched noises in the ears). I never believed in chakras or even the spirit stuff, but after this experience my world has been flipped like a table in an action movie. I have come to realize we live in a far far deeper universe that's all connected and it's the most beautiful thing I've been through! There is one thing I'd like to figure out about tingling/buzzing on the crown and the ears. I figured out that it's spirit that was trying to get me to listen - now when I have inner monologue question, the crown chakra buzzes noticeably if it's a yes / slightly if it's a maybe / nothing if it's a no. Just recently my ears buzz too with the crown (I'm guessing) Left ear/divine feminine or right ear/divine divine masculine, depending on if it's logical, protective (right ear) or something with compassion / love (left ear) there's a buzzing feeling . This is all still very still new to me, and I don't even know what to call this. if I can make this connection stronger or if I'm able to hear their voices eventually. Either way we live a in wonderful beautiful universe and I would like to go deeper.

​@@constancemessmerI have also went through the kundalini ,I didn't believe in chakras either until I felt them open up .I started getting pictures of people in my minds eye last year ,they look ancient ,one temple to ,iv seen a monk twice .And a veiled lady ,also another . But in the past few weeks lots of random faces ,like flashes? I as a young woman ignored my senses .I never liked it .🙏 .

I began my journey in April 2020. Since then, I have watched so many videos and podcasts of spiritual teachers, etc. There is a point where they once again begin to speak about their personal experiences, and I get bored quickly and lose interest in their teachings. Months later, I run into the video and update myself (I hope I make sense, LOL). Nothing personal I love them all, BUT this is the first time I tune into someone and don't get bored.
