German here! 😊 the text on the pottery says: „trinkt wie eure Väter aus Stein den Wein“ which roughly translates to „drink like your fathers wine out of stone“ it looks like a really old „Weinkrug“ (a wine jug) with the traditional vines and blue grey design :) its from the Wick Werke AG and probably produced between the 1920s to 1950s, a cute piece and absolutely vintage!

You brought back a good memory when you were talking about those steamer baskets. When my son was small, I could never find them in my kitchen drawers. Then one day I went out and it was in his sandbox. I asked him what it was doing there and he said “it’s a spaceship mom!” I learned I just need to buy new ones rather than take his spaceships away. Thank you Tiffany. I love following your channel.

When you were talking about the bells I had an idea 💡 Not the one Bell from Avon cuz it doesn't ring, BUT you passed by another Bell, right next to the Avon bell, that has a ringer inside. A ding ding 😅 AND a person could sell those giving the buyer the idea to use them on the side of their bed as a sick time bell. In other words when a family member is sick in the bed and can't get up it's frustrating when you want some attention but you don't want to telephone someone right there in the house.😮 So ringing the Bell 🔔 could get their attention that you NEED them to come in and talk with you.🎉 Just a thought BUT I thought it was a good one😊
@katsiduzynski4887 ай бұрын
Makes sense, really. Especially as many of us are carer's for others these days - a parent. spouse, companion or younger person, perhaps even a child! Beats running 'to and fro' thinking they need us -- all the time. A person could be sleeping, or not needing anything at the moment. So bells (if chosen in mind with the person's personality, likes etc., who could benefit from using one) is really a great idea!

Bell: you will still be running back and forwards - believe me I know😂 but it is a good idea and worth it❤

Hi Tiffany! This is the first time I’ve ever gotten in on your video that you just Posted. I was looking at that red tray with the green Christmas tree in the middle, and I have a matching mug! I did not know that it only rained a few times a year there. The rainbow was pretty. One time after it rained here in Connecticut, my friend and I saw a double rainbow a few years back It was so pretty.

Hello my friend! Yes, I was so sad that the Waechtersbach divided tray had a chip, it was amazing! I used to have the mugs and matching "cookie plates" that I brought out for Christmas, one of my all time favorite holiday sets. On average Vegas gets 312 sunny days per year, so a rainbow is a real treat for us! oxo

The lithograph you have at 26.53 is indeed a San Francisco scene. It is of course, a cable car and a famous Lilienthal mansion. The cable car does not go up the hill by the Haas Lilienthal mansion. However, it is a beautiful and collectible art piece. ♥ from Candy in San Francisco (I work, BTW, at the Claire Lilienthal School in SF.)

I have some luck with the hand painted Fenton bells and nicer cut to clear but most of the time I avoid buying bells :) but heck you never know when they will make a comeback. For example a few years ago I wouldn’t buy the glass shoes. Then I noticed they were making a comeback. Last year I hit an estate sale and cleaned up on glass shoes and toothpick holders for $3 each. I’ve done VERY well with them!

For the past few years, I set a maximum buy-in at under $5 with the intent of selling at $20+. But recently, I took a chance on a few high-value items. I paid up and it was definitely worth the risk! Silk scarves I only paid $3 for sold for over $100, and costume jewelry I paid $150 for sold for $350! Most of the time I list my items for 10X what I paid and offer up to 30% discounts. After deducting fees, my net profit is usually 5X my investment.

Maybe you could get a frame with glass seal the frame and hang it on your garden wall and put the window feeder on it and see if the birds feel safer with the plants around, maybe the dogs in the window and there not being any plants around for cover maybe they don't go to that feeder because the others feel safer to them. Would love to see you try that on the far left side of your garden where there's no other feeders. Good luck hope it works the feeder orr so neat
