There is a square red switch at the back of the rover... if you hit it, the rover goes in your back pack. That make you a quick base/O2 station everywhere you go. If you fill the cargo, you may recall the rover on the "rover garage". So, no more need for tiny outpost...

You have the blue print for the Satellite screen, Some blueprint chips have a name, but they look like the normal chips. I found I had 3 in my excess chips box because I did not notice the difference.

You haven't finished with the blueprint chips yet spanj. The ones you opened were specifically for the trade rocket, which is why you didn't get anything from them after you used the first one. I think you collected 3 when you found the trade rocket outpost. Try another one, I'm pretty sure you have other things to unlock. Great series, I'm really enjoying how excited you get every time something changes!

Heh, it's one of the things I loved about this DLC is the way the world changes as we terrorform. Which also leads to some lore oddities, like did the robots do some reverse terrorforming, trapping them inside the caves? I haven't found lore explaining if there's an alien presence on this world, like there is on the original planet.

Interesting thought. It could maybe be that since terraforming stopped the planet reverted back to a lifeless ice ball?

@@derrickfettig9160 It's just one of those things that struck me while wandering around. I'm running with dones not being that bright and outsourcing their programming to the lowest cost bidder. Like why are there trade rockets stuck in a rock cave ceiling? Or they set their heaters to coolers and triggered an Ice Age.

@@brolohalflemming7042could be the sabotage programming them to launch rockets underground and all the other stuff that doesn't make sense. Could definitely use some more lore about the previous terraforming attempt.

@@derrickfettig9160 Yeh, I haven't explored everywhere yet and know there's still stuff I haven't found. Like bunkers. So they would suggest humans(ish) were there, so maybe there's one like in the original world, covered in post-its as the poor maintenance engineer went slowly mad. The original added lore as it went along, so hoping the DLC does as well cos they were fun.

Same. One hint might be to concentrate food production for stuff like fertiliser production in the water base. Spanj is not far off autocrafters so that makes it easy to blend algae and eggplants automagically into T1 and then T2 fertiliser. Which is also probably the best thing to do with eggplants in real life as well. Orrible veggies! :p

I would recommend waiting a bit before going down into the yellow mist..? just saying!! Don't forget to carry the rover with you just in case you need that little bit of extra storage, it only takes up one slot in your inventory. 🙂

Before you go explore, pick up your vehicle (can put in your inventory) then if you full, load up vehicle and later recall it at base.

I think the comment section should do a pool of how long it takes Spanj to figure out he can pick up the vehicle and put it in his inventory. People are already screaming into their screens and the comment section about it for the last few episodes. You would think he would have figured it out by now. I say three more episodes.

Imagine how entertaining it would be if the developers changed the game so that rockets could fail to launch or even explode (ie. go to waste), when launched at the same time like Spanj like to do ? And Spanj did not know about the change before actually launching multiple rockets at the same time ? I imagine we would learn some new "polite" cursewords....😀 Also, I wonder when Spanj notices the big orange square button on the back of the car (that, gasp, makes the car portable)....

Terraformation works the same way as computer memory. Just like kilobyte/megabyte/gigabyte/terabyte you have kti/mti/gti/tti. And then there's eti after that, but I doubt you'll go that far.

Spanj, why use the 400% seeds in the flower growers, when you have 600%ers in the T3 Veg tubes? Oh, and yes, it's the T5 heaters you're thinking of that are hecking enormous! :) Plus, I'm sure you have some fuses right, but haven't put in any machine optimisers? :P
