You get a lot better yield (6 different quartz crystals) from Cosmic Quartz when putting it in the recycler instead of the ore crusher. The reason is that the recipe for Cosmic Quartz (which you get later) is one each of the different quartz types (solar, pulsar etc.), which the recycler returns to you when "recycling" the cosmic quartz.

You need to deconstruct cosmic quarts. Remember they give 100% crafting resources. The machine only has a chance.

Glad to see another episode of this. Nice chill game. Also remember you can auto craft super alloy so you can make even more Super Alloy rods to sell instead of shredding the excess basic resources.

Love the video! I know it's because you play a ton of other games, but when you discovered cosmic quartz I actually said out loud, "FINALLY!". Also, while you were talking about setting up the demand/supply for your drones, you set up the INPUT side of the ore crusher for supply everything. That's the wrong side, your drones are going to constantly empty out the ore crusher input.

you can make drones in an autocrafter, and you can just drop them from your inventory and they will get to work, don't need to put them in the drone station.

Use the Recycling machine on the Cosmic Crystals instead of the Ore Crusher you get 5 Quartz and 1 each of Obsidian, Osmium, Zeolite and Nitrogen and much faster of course they may have changed it but I did just check on my game and it still works

I'm looking forward to see what you plan to do with all that superalloy you'll be automining. I don't think I've ever put an autominer on superalloy since I get 1 super alloy from every uraninite I crush, so I just put all my autominers on uraninite, and run like 5 crushers. Saves drones from going to as many places since you get so many resources from just uraninite.

Getting drones, is a sudden vacation. That with the auto crafter is da bomb. Things get a bit slow and boring after that unless you have not explored the planet.

Pulsar asteroid do not despawn "crazy fast" You're thinking of super alloy asteroids. Pulsar quartz sits on the ground for at least a half hour after it lands.

They also 'drop' TEN Quartz. Always. Just visit the impact site a while later if you couldnt find all at once. The only Meteorites that vanish fast are the Super Alloy ones.

I think you may be thinking of a different recipe as the Fusion Cell needs 3 Pulsar (75 Terra Tokens), 2 Osmium, and 1 Obsidian all compact into 1 slot in the Trade Rocket. Since the Trade Rocket has 25 slots, that is a total of 2K terra tokens vs 625 terra tokens for Pulsar or Circuit Boards.

I guess I must have been ultra lucky in my playthrough. I built my main base in the gap under the arch that leads to the sinkhole. And pulsar meteorites kept dropping right next to it.

You don't have to set T3 miners on deposit. You can do it from anywhere. Just Select ores

Is anyone else noticing the video lag? Spanj continues to talk but the video locks up so it's not lag on my side. I was noticing it in the last Empyrion video as well. Maybe someone with a way to contact Spanj can let him know I wonder if its the capture software he's using.

SPANJ ...Try Eden Crafters....it's a advance version of The Planet Crafter which i think the dev will abandon to work on other projects..anyways Both game look all most a like

just so you know, you dont have to build the osmium miner inside the cave. you can place it above ground near the entrance of the cave. I have them placed near the dead drones in that oasis area.
