Fishing a bunch of different spots for some BIG fish. Around this time of year I have caught some of the largest fish that I've ever caught. Hopefully today we can make that happen again.. and maybe even catch a personal best! We head out to go fishing at a few different fishing spots with a mission - catch a fish.. but also catch a BIG fish. It is COLD out right now, and if history remains the same, this is when the big ones are eating. Another beautiful day doing some bank fishing - I did not expect for this to happen..

Over 8 pounds on Lake Kissimmee. Bro, you need to get out on some big lakes. I have an old town autopilot 120, so it can be done. Heck, I'll take you out and show you stuff if you want. Have a good one, bro.

I just started fishing last July. Caught about a 4 pounder in October, didn't have my scale with me but it was fatter than a 3 pounder I got in September! SE Wisconsin here, need to explore more local waters but it's hard to leave my local pond.

Love the energy! I love to see you go after some different species like squid. Maybe shallow water spear fish! I just reckon that would be awesome! Like a stingray catch and cook or something.. a little strange and fun. Even some hand foraging :) ❤

I live right by Red Mill Pond in Milton DE, and there is still a good layer of ice on the pond. Watching your videos is getting me itchy to go fish. Hoping that it warms up enough to at least melt this ice and get back at it. For my 3rd year of fishing hoping to get some bigger bass than the one I caught last year being 1lb 10 oz. Keep up the amazing videos.

I caught a 6.5 pounder out of the bayou by my house. A local quarry has double digits but I haven't caught one yet. Those are Muscovy ducks and they are invasive in Florida. They are from Texas and Mexico I think. The cold does stun and kill the Tilapia. It snowed up here in the Panhandle and the Talapia were floating belly up all over the place.

Hey @FirstStateFishing Been watching a lot of your videos lately really amazing i enjoy them. I was wondering what kind of rods you use for your flick casting. im used to using a surf caster and you cant do it with that. But would love to get something like what you use. it looks so much easier
