Where I use to live in Virginia in the US. I use to think there was. Sign in the sewer out front of my childhood home. That said in cat language. Need a home a place to sleep eat and get love. Go here. And there was an arrow pointing to my house. Every few years we'd have a stray cat show up at our front door looking for food. And they never went away hungry either.

This was not a surprise for me, i know how smart cats are. And they communicate. So this adorable kitty "heared" from a house that is cat-heaven and decided to join there. Soo very True.... it's funny, how they Always seem to know, or understand That I am sad, or in distress (anxiety)!!! My Beautiful Cat, GRADY, ( MAINE COON, RUSSIAN BLUE MIX) just knows when I am in need of his services..He puts on his Psychologist Hat, and listens to me, writes me a quick prescription of Purrs, and a few slow blinks... cuddles up next to me, and kneads me to sleep!!! I pay him with Churu, and a few of his Favorite treats...I am forevermore, ohh so very thankful. I don't know what I would do without him!! God bless....

I saw with my own cats that cats have "object constancy," that is, they will look behind things to see where they went. Psychologists say they don't have this cognitive ability, but they do. I don't think dogs have it, though.

Watching TV on the bed without humans was so sweet. Just bring a pillow, some iced tea and Ben and Jerry's ice cream
