Imagine building your own private carp fishing lake right in your back garden! That’s exactly what my friend, Benedict Fowler, has done, creating "Kev’s Pool" in memory of his late father. Over the past two years, Ben has transformed his yard into a fully-stocked, premium carp fishery. Get one of those little squre filters that trickle water into the pond and block up with blanket weed. A garden gnome and a plastic heron will complete the ensemble.

@@FishingwithFin not really. I find it intriguing how fishing for stockies in someone's garden pond can be enjoyable? For example how can it be rewarding to catching those fish? I get it if you're hanging out with your mates and having a BBQ drinking beer, perhaps catching them on weird baits like haribo , fag butts or tomatoes but if nothing else you're making the fish more difficult to catch and unnecessarily damaging the fish. Perhaps it's for the views/money/kudos, perhaps you're contractually obliged to provide content from your employers? The film itself is. . . Odd .

It’s been designed for families to enjoy their holiday 🙌🏼🎣 Might not be everyone’s cup of tea of favourite style of fishing but it wouldn’t be fun taking the wife and kids onto a 300 res and blanking 😂
