When HK released a limited edition VP9 with a Midnight Bronze slide 4 or 5 years ago I knew I wanted my Glock with the same pattern. I found out what cerakote color was that and sent my gun to my gunsmith. He told me had never heard of that color before so he had to order it. He liked the result so much that he posted my gun on his IG account. Long story short, in few months slides with Midnight Bronze started popping out on his timeline. He now tells me it’s his most popular cerakote color, more than Burnt Bronze (which I’ll admit it looks good on rifles but feel a little tacky on pistols). Well, at least I enjoyed having a distinct looking gun for a couple of months.

Like all coating, it'll show wear from holstering and use, but that depends on how much you run your gun.

Is there any way I can ship my glock 43x from as far as South Africa to have it customised with the midnight bronze ceracoating? I use the shield arms 15 round magazines, would you be able to colour match the magazine floors with the midnight bronze?

Thanks Lenny! Sent some questions to your text line regarding expresskote for extended parts offered on the site. What color should be chosen if purchasing a new extended mag release, if it is to be expresskoted? Keep up the great info sir!

If its one of our aluminum extended mag releases, it doesn't really matter. They all get bead blasted down to their raw finish before they're sent out for cerakote.

I have that same exact extended mag release , Is it supposed to wiggle around? Mine does quite a bit and makes a clicking noise when u press the button without a mag in the gun. I use the shield arms s15 mags. just seems flimsy, i went back to my standard shield arms mag release an it fits like a glove, no wiggle room or play. Also i have a Glock 48 mos if that matters
