Welcome back. I have for you today another Solitaire home model 486SC. This one I found in Ft Worth Texas. It is 2624 sq feet witha foot print of 30' x 86'. It has full tape and texture with 1/2 inch sheet rock. 5/8 inch plywood flooring, not the press board found in may cheap models. 4 bedrooms and 2 baths, with a master suit fit for a king. #hometour #homedesign #master #luxuryhomes

Feels like we went back in time to 2006, everything was outdated. Overall besides the changeable things it is nice for a large family

Wow, 😮 Nate, this is a great home. I love the size. The living room is huge. If it was an option, I would like a half bath added. I love the dining room. The kitchen is really nice too. I know I would probably change the appliance colors, but not to stainless steel, I hate them. Good thing there are options. I also want a gas stove, not electric. I also would change the fireplace to gas logs. An all electric home is going to mean if you lose electricity you could not cook and in the winter you would have no heating. I would like to change the frig to a french door with ice and water with the freeze on the bottom. The microwave could be moved into the middle of the storage cabinets. There's no sense in risking a bad burn from the stove or burns caused by hot foods spilling on you when you have to reach above your head to get it out of the microwave. All the secondary bedrooms are a great size. Love the built-in in that one room. I would just want darker finishes throughout the home. I would want the carpet removed. Either put down LVP or hardwood floors. Wish the utility room had a sink and countertop for pretreatment of clothes and a place to fold clothes. Now that master suite is amazing. There is no problem with the fiberglass shower and tub. It beats the heck out of those plastic ones. I don't have to have a tile shower. I use it to get clean, not a showcase for a bathroom. That is a waste of my money. Also, fiberglass is much easier to clean and sanitize. Now that closet is wonderful, but who needs one that big. Divide it in half and make a parents retreat in 1 half and the closet in the other half. I loved the home. I was so glad you did this tour. I had never seen this manufacturer before, but now, after seeing this video, I know they make a very good product that will last you a lifetime. Not like those trailers that are overpriced and built with a press board and thin plywood. I can't thank you enough for making me aware of this great manufacture. I believe they are better built with better materials than even Palm Harbor homes. I have loved Palm Harbor and wanted one from them for a long time. Due to their great builds. Again, Nate, thank you for the video. Tell Raiden hi for me, and I hope I spelled his name correctly. 💜🦋 20:12

Love that blue and black front. The closet was amazing. And the size of the guest bedrooms made me quite happy. And for all of that, the price wasn't bad. But I wish there had been more crown molding, and I did not love all of the changing heights of the kitchen counters. I don't know what I would be willing to give up to get it, but I really do love a pantry.

The exterior is really nice. Huge livingroom and dining room! Love the light cabinets in the kitchen and dining room. The secondary bedrooms are nice sized as well. That primary bedroom is huge and I love that ceiling! Super nice master closet! Perfect concept...countertops to set your clothes basket on making it easier to put your clothes away! Thanks Nate! Great tour!

I'd like doors on the cabinet above the bathtub in the master bathroom. Instead of that desk built in, I Think I would have a closet in that space like for vacuums and other things.

It's dated in some areas but to change it isn't a huge hassle. Swap carpet for laminate and the built-in and kitchen for a different color and change counter tops. I'm sure that's an option.

That is one enormous walk in! You could put a blow up bed in there! 🤣. I love all the windows. I'd like a window in the utility room door. I'd change the colour of the wood and maybe I'd have the den instead of the bedroom. Plenty of storage, I'd have the stainless steel appliances, but the bones of the place are great!

Great floor plan and fantastic primary suite. I wouldn't change much, just delete the carpet and add the double doors to the first bedroom making it a den. I could live with the cabinet color but would opt for a slightly darker tone if it didn't add to the price. Great tour!

Solitaires look dated and kinda bland but it’s actually a very solidly built home. I lived in a 2017 single wide and it was a really good home. Unfortunately I sold it to move out of state.

Solitude 32x86 Double Wide! 🏠 I like the size and layout of this dexign. But i didn't like the All White Walls. The Cheap Curtians. The Cheap Finishing in Molding. I rather have Stainless Steel Appliances. I like thf Pine Cabinets. Accent Walls. Beige Paint instead of Grey. i did like the Hallway Desk. Missing Tile Shower??? $213,000 💵💵

I don't love the elevation, kinda mish-mashed. But it actually doesn't look tacky or cheap as over comment stated. I would like to see a half bath in a hinge that size, though. And you wouldn't need much bedroom furniture with that closet.

Wow at the space! All the bedrooms are huge. I would rather have a flex room instead of that large closet. The cabinet and built-ins color is something I could change. I don’t like the entire house that light but again,something easy to change. My only complaint is the shower in the Master because they said they don’t offer a tile shower yet. But beautiful spacious home for the price! Thanks Nate!😊

The 80’s golden oak.
@deniseyoung4110
@deniseyoung4110 6 ай бұрын
I don't know why you would think custom made cabinets and drawers who look cheap. They are real oak built ins, not prefab press board which is cheap and will cause you all kinds of problems. I think that if you opted for a different color finish on them you might not think they looked cheap. The only reason you other people think it looks outdated is because you are not used to seeing real wood oak is only outdated because you all wanted to cut all the life giving hard wood trees and pocket a big check for it. Then you planted pine trees which gives off heat and does not clean the air properly and hurts the ozone layer. Just so you could clear cut again for a quick payout the second time. With the pine tree they make the press board out of the chips from the trash leftover from the bark, the splinters, the waste from the cutting of the boards. Pine is not a hardwood so it is not made to last and neither is the press board. And once it gets wet you have to replace it immediately. It is not as thick when milled so it doesn't last or fit properly. Most of the things that are built with it is mass produced by machines, not hand built by cabinet makers. This home is worth everything you pay for it, because it will not fall apart in 15 years or less. This one will still be nice for 30-plus years. You get what you pay for it. I hope you will learn what a great deal this one is. 20:12
