Love this one. It looks and feels like a site built home. Also, it looks like it has held up well.

I love this house just as it is! Reminds me of a 70'S/80's colonial, with a southern twist facade with the porch and pillars! This house has an incredible floorplan and timeless design/appeal that will never go out of style; one of the reasons why it still looks so good after 10 years! Hell, I even like the brass door knobs. With an attached, side loading 2 car garage and matching front window this home would look great in any upscale subdivision! Awesome home, awesome tour. What a beautiful home!!! But, 10 years old is not that old, since I once lived in a 1906 home that I renovated~However, it does make me realize that I will want to get an older home again because it’s much more to my liking 😊. I really like the large rooms that are separated from one another. The gorgeous wood doors and wood trim throughout was such a bonus! I’d be quite happy living in this home, but it’s a bit far from Florida, where I currently live 😢. Thanks for the great home tour😊

I love the house. I wish the two guest bedrooms were a bit larger with larger closets and I wish the AC vents were in the ceiling instead of the floor.

Really nice primary bedroom. The fireplace is a nice bonus. Of course, I like that the closet is in the bedroom and not in the bathroom. Also, I love a butlers style pantry. Very well done on this model.

Could you please do a better job at describing four bedroom three bath when in fact this house is a four bedroom two bath…. Please be accurate in the future.

Beautiful home.Upstairs could have a big studio!for painting,crafting,dressmaking.A family room and an office too rather than bedrooms keeping all that out of the main house.Or Have a main bedroom up there,and use the downstairs one for visitors,ie parents.You can do so much with it.Its so nicely laid out.Not bothered not having a tv wall as I prefer a unit anyway..The kitchen with the floor to ceiling cupboard is so neat and tidy.This is one of my favourites so far that you have shown.🥰

Not sure about the position of the living room.Why do they not put privacy glass in bathrooms over there?..You still get the light without having to bath or shower in a swimsuit.No blinds in this one,unusual too. It’s a good size though .🥰

I could see my husband and me living in this style home. The only thing we could not live with is the space around the toilet in the master bath. We are fat/large so we would have to see about removing the linen storage, centering the toilet, and adding a small organizer right next to the bathtub for towels. Beautiful home, though!

No problem with the missed kitchen Nate, you’re good at what you do and you do a lot of videos. I love the fireplace in the master but I have a hard time with living room being on the same side as the kitchen and the dining room being on the other side of home. It just doesn’t seem to fit, I suppose in time you would adjust but first impression just seems odd. Love your videos Nate, keep up the good work.
