Very nice home, it feels bigger than what the square footage suggests. Only things I would change is add carpet everywhere except kitchen/dinette, foyer square, laundry room and bathrooms. Also, I would choose a lighter color backsplash to brighten that darkened kitchen area. Beautiful home and price, thanks for the tour Nate!

Well, if you are going to dream, dream big! Love it all except the flooring. How can the bedrooms be so big when the kitchen and living room are huge??

Linen closet in the guest bath for towels was a plus, but not one in the master bath that was a bummer

This home will do. Anyway, my main complaint with these homes is they don't have proper foyers with closets. If anyone has a home in the Northern climate these are nice to have cause in the winter your walking in with snow all over the feet unless you have a garage entrance... Darealdeal

Stonework would be ok if the living/dining area were bigger but in this case it’s in the way. No pantry is ALWAYS a deal killer. If you can also tell us the size, brand and where we can find these homes would be great! Thanks for the tour. I’m in south central Texas and looking for a specific plan yet websites don’t allow us to filter out specifications and prices so thank you for covering!

Finally finished watching. You did great Nate. Enjoyable tour!! Ok!! I’d make some changes but luv this floor plan. I’d get rid of shelving on each side of fireplace and install BIG WINDOWS on each side!! Get rid of tub in MB & enlarge closet ! Prefer vents in ceiling and prefer functioning windows throughout with screens! Different backsplash and countertops. Lovely home!!

Cute little home. The air vents are in the floor- a big NO! Get the water heater/ tank out of the master closet! The master closet is small enough so move that water heater. There are a few changes I would make in the dining room- mainly put the microwave in the kitchen. It could work for a couple and 1 child.

Nice house, but the back door should be solid. No one wants a break-in.

Nobody poor or middle-class can afford that. And that's way too much for that small a trailer house. I've lived in trailer houses many times over the years. For a $100,000.○○ the walls and the roof had better have 2" × 6" lumber, floors at least 2" thick, and the vents in the ceiling.

Don't care for the floor vents but oh well. I'd get the office/flex room. The Master bedroom is nice and the master bathroom is very nicely done. I generally like this home and would want the additions and change that I mentioned and I would definitely add the extra 4'.

I'd want the eat at counter deleted to make a solid wall there with more upper cabinets in the kitchen.

Kitchen needs drawers over doors style cabinets and upper cabinets in the laundry room.
