The second death to Kazuya was 100 fair. Scrappy fully charged a heavy’s smash attack at the ledge and hit a light weight character. Like I don’t think any of the heavies wouldn’t kill from there.

I just looked at the clip in question and the charge shot almost completely obscured DK for a few frames.
