Loving the series, Lord Finchington! James is the type of Head Pro that every course needs - super down to earth, having fun out there, & doing so much to help the juniors get into the game. Tip of the cap to James for all he's doing to grow the game! I may or may not have needed to turn on the subtitles, his accent is thicker than we Americans are used to hearing, but I was able to turn them off halfway through. 🤣

This series reminds me of reading about how Professional golfers earned money back in the mid to late 1800's. They would be sponsored by their home club to play against other professionals while club members would bet on the outcome. I believe is was Young Tom Morris that pushed for Professionals to early a larger percentage of the betting winnings. I think that is how the winning purse started. I'd love to see this series grow.

The pressure of the match got intense, especially from James, he really slowed down over last putts and the intensity for immense. That second shot on the 18th was class!

Im only a few holes in at the time of typing this. Petes first couple of Driver shots have appeared to be alot faster than usual. Was the pace James plays at in your head to start with Pete? Good to see them making efforts to get youngsters into golf. I worry though about how insanely expensive the game has become. That looks a lovely course but £60 a round is a significant amount of money for some people. 😢
