This was a great video mouse! I hope you do similar challenges in Subnautica Below Zero. Like starting in the Red Beryl zone, or if you’re creative, start in the Arctic Spires and come up with a challenge for surviving there.

This was a cool video :D Kind of funny that both of you had different kinds of miscalculations in your plans. You were also worried about losing your stuff if you die, but in basic Subnautica you don't lose anything you had with you when you left base. And as for Salvner, from the very first mention of Habitat Builder I was wondering where he was gonna get a battery. It's truly interesting if there really is a source for acid shrooms in the river, and not just deep shrooms.

The only acid mushrooms in the lost river are in the mountains corridor, but there is a ghost juvi on the way there, so it’s a lot of work for just a few of them.

Subnautica challenge: Beat the game without a scanner tool. That means no vehicles, no advanced base pieces, and no advanced tools. If not possible then try to cure the Karrah without a scanner instead.

It wouldn't be possible to actually beat Subnautica without a scanner because you wouldn't be able to make a mobile vehicle bay and therefore the escape rocket

What you are describing is literal speed running, as done by Salvner. With the exception that he makes a scanner, a sea glide (which requires the scanner), a mobile vehicle bay (which also requires the scanner) and a cyclops (which also requires the scanner, and is also required to complete the game, although you don't need to actually drive it). Anyway, a scanner, a mobile vehicle bay and a cyclops are in all circumstances required to finished the game, or rather escape the planet.

I have 2 ideas for a theory video. 1. Was sector zero once not frozen? Because there is frozen waterfalls and frozen rivers too. (I may just be stupid but still) 2. Did alterra previously know the precursors? Or ion technology? If so, why do you need to go into a precursor / architect base to unlock it? (Again, I may just be stupid, or forgetting something really important)

Nice video speedy .I want to recommend something though. In my opinion you covered pretty much anything about subnautica ,from stories to challenges that seems impossible.So finding ideals for videos is kind difficult. Why not trying a new game? Pick 4-5 games , then make a poll and let us decide what you will start .Of course subnautica is and will remain the main game of the channel but a new start is always good . You decide champ

maybe since their kharaa samples were all in the crater, they didn't have any warpers in sector zero and so when kharaa was released, they weren't able to get any warpers into sector zero before they died. alternatively, the warpers are dormant. after all, their whole purpose is to eliminate infected creatures, but the planet was cured. so maybe there are warpers, they're just not active/don't bother the player bc there's no kharaa anymore (aside from the frozen leviathan, but that's already dead so they can't do anything to it)
