If you go on devacurl’s website you can find a certified deva stylist that has been trained to work with curly hair. I think there is 4 levels, 4 being the highest. Ombré and balayage is done using bleach. It doesn’t just strip the hair of its pigment, but also moisture. Having a large portion of the previous blonding work chopped off as well as proper curl products really helped to bring it back to life and restore that hydration. Hope that makes sense!
