true. theres ONE curly hair specialist in my area and her appointments are crazy expensive and always fully booked for like 9 months at any given time, so i always end up at someone who has no clue what they’re doing. i just ask them to cut my hair and tell them not to bother with styling or doing anything else to it because it always looks ridiculous.

Once she started detangling in the sink that’s how I knew she was the real deal! Not a single stylist I’ve been to has done that before styling or during styling even though I have super curly and coarse curls. Her personality matches her hair: light, bouncy and bright 🥰 good job!!

Yeah, this one turned out really nicely. I usually just skip through the video from the before to the after, but I actually watched this entire video to see what went on here, as I had asked my hairdresser for a copper hair color, and she said we would have to bleach it (damage) to get my current purple color out first, so I ended up skipping out on the potential for damage. I just thought it would be a nice change of pace after seeing this girl's hair. Her curls look great too, so defined.
