I like your videos. And I like to see someone using some kind of de-greaser/road film remover. You are probably one of the first I see to use this, and I also use it alot, especially on my car in the winter.. Detailers in the US and such seem to think that this destroys the paint and strips the wax/coating right off. Sure, it may strip a bit of wax off. But I wax my car so often that I do not care about this. And it makes it so much easier to get the worst grime and grit off. Since both where you live, and I live (Sweden) it rains a lot, and our cars probably get dirtier in a week than a car in for example California get in a year. So we cant just rinse it off with a garden hose and then proceed with the washing. We need the tough stuff, since our cars gets filthy! Keep the videos coming!

One question: What is that spray you use on the wheels and the bottom sections of the vehicle before you foam it? I imagine its some sort of heavier degreaser for the more stubborn areas? Car Cleaning Guru Hrant Shamirian Well if that car was warmed up, and it smoked like that under a rev, then there is something wrong with the engine. Could be a gasket, who knows? But no car should have any excess smoke coming out of the exhaust under engine operation.

Couple of questions...... 1. What snowfoam do you use? 2. Do you use hot water to wash car or cold? I've always used hot but it looks like you using water from the jet wash to sud the water? I.e cold. .....

What car soap did you utilize in this video? Your soaps always seem to be of the best possible quality and have such incredible sudsing capability. Looks very slick on the paint surface. I assume you started with a Traffic Film Remover as you do in most of your other videos? I have not yet been able to find a quality "TFR" here in the United States. I would assume we definitely have it, but it's not called Traffic Film Remover as it is where you live. I need to find something similar here in the U.S.A. and start application with a quality sprayer similar to the one you use. The Traffic Film Remover step seems to really do an good job in getting rid of the loose contaminants on the paint coupled with a good pressure washer prior to using your wash mitt and a good quality soap.

+Joe Van Seeters BD Clean Shampoo. I just always use more than recommended to ensure I get lots of suds. I only use a TFR on cars that are new to me or are particularly dirty. A well kept car of you own shouldn't need it more than once. A diluted APC can be used to similar effect if you're having trouble finding one though.

Hi I was wondering if you could offer me some advice? My reflex silver golf (diesel) had a split intercooler pipe which in turn caused a lot of smoke. And turning the rear of my car black. I often cleaned the car trying to emulate your methods 👍🏻. I use tfr for the stubborn lower part of the car. Now I have black streaks down the boot. Is this permanent or can I remove it? +Kevin Marsland Try reapplying it but this time don't let it dry ;) Rinse off, wash over with shampoo. If that doesn't shift it try applying a diluted apc before washing and if that still doesn't work you'll have to go over it with a paintwork cleanser or light polish.
