Thank you so much for sharing this amazing video with us! Please can I ask you if you are using green dot starter balls with Amelia..or are you using regular hard green balls? If those are regular hard green balls...what age was she when you started using them?

Hey, I have been training Amelia since the age of six. We started with sponge balls, red, orange, green dot & now yellow. Each year she would roughly progress through the different types of balls. There was no rush in progressing with the ball. The goal was to be very confident each step of the way.

Hi Dylan, appreciate the video focusing on juniors today. I wondered, do coaches make individual progress plans for their clients in groups and privates? What was Amelia's tennis regimen like?

Thank you! Yes, I personally adapt my training programs with each of my individual students. I used to coach Amelia 4 times per week, now currently twice a week for 2 hours total. Alongside my coaching she has another coach at the same club as me & trains full time at an academy. I tend to focus on the smaller details & match strategy. 1% improvements 🙏🏽
